There are underfloor heating in the bathrooms. 18 m² pool with slide. The whirlpool and sauna are close to the pool room that has high-vaulted ceiling. The kitchen is well-equipped needed for a good holiday. 3000 m²plot with plenty of room for ball games etc. 200 m² terrace for sunbathing and 24 m² covered terrace for a cosy barbecue. Payment for consumption, and deposit must be in cash to the landlord at the house.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
