5 Star Gorgeous Southern Style Beach house! Great for Families- Bikes included !

We loved this home! It fit our family’s needs perfectly with 4 bedrooms and 4 baths. The home was clean, comfortable and well-appointed. I highly recommend the house. Unfortunately, the Seacrest 12,000 square foot pool had a maintenance issue and was closed 2 full days. Andrea was awesome in making up for this by paying for our chair setup at the beach to make up for the inconvenience. I can’t say enough about how quickly Andrea and Mark responded when the pool closed. House is awesome and property management super responsive and communicative—just what you want when there is a problem during your holiday. Thank you!

The property is beautiful. It is exactly as pictured. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Everyone slept well. The house comfortably accommodates all that it advertises. The communication from the property management is 5 stars. The community is congested. I believe there at 508 homes in the community and each home holds 10 people. All of these people share the tram, pool and beach. They allow a VERY small amount of beach for the community, so the beach is very congested. Unfortunately, because of the congested beach we would not return to this neighborhood. It is called a “private” beach and you have a wristband to access this beach; however, there is not enough beach for the 500 houses. We went at 5am to put our beach chairs down and still got “second row” on the beach. It made for watching our kids playing in the ocean tricky. We did visit over 4th of July which I now understand to be the most busy time of year. Maybe if we came at a different time of year we’d find less of a crowd. As much as we loved the house and appreciated the quick reply’s of the management we will be looking for a less populated beach.

Most beautiful and gorgeous house! Incredibly clean. Property manager was extremely responsive and prompt. Loved the area - walking distance to both rosemary and alys beach.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The house is in a great location, was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities needed for our stay. Loved that it backed up to the trees. It was very peaceful.

This property was EXCELLENT in every way! The location was perfect and the tram was a huge plus! We are dreaming about the day we get to come back!

The property was immaculate and in pristine condition, so we felt obligated to leave it as we found it. The host was very helpful and responded swiftly when we had to contact her with any questions. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots/pans/silverware/condiments. The washer and dryer was a big plus as well. Great stay! No complaints!

We stayed at the property for a weekend with some girl friends. The house was clean and perfect for a group of 8-10! Location was great for beach access and walking access to Alys or Rosemary. Host was very communicative and responded quickly to any messages. 10/10 recommend!

There were 8 ladies that stayed at this house for a bachelorette trip. The house was beautiful and well stocked. We had everything that we needed and more. Mark and Andrea were wonderful host. We were able to checkin early and they were quick to respond to all of my questions. I highly recommend staying that this beautiful property.

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at this house. Everything was beautiful, new, and immaculately clean. Communication with owners was great. We loved the bikes and cooking in the very well-stocked kitchen. The neighborhood is adorable and the beach is beautiful. We highly recommend!

Overall such a great property. Mark was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. The shuttle pickup right next to the house was perfect for us to get to the beach and back. The beach itself was very busy but we had no problem taking chairs down early every morning to save a section for our group. The chairs being included was also very nice so we didn’t have to bring our own. So many great spots in walking distance to eat and hang out. Will definitely be remembering this property for my next visit.

Perfect little vacation. Great location! Would definitely stay there again. Everything we needed was available in the house or nearby. The beach across the street was very crowded, however we drove less than 10 minutes down the street to Inlet beach with minimal people and it was perfect :-)

This is an amazing house! Plenty of room for our group of 8 and just the perfect costal vibe. We love the neighborhood pool, biking everywhere, and closeness of beach and shops/restaurants. So fun to be at the beach for July 4th fireworks! The Seacrest beach is great, but we also had fun biking 10 min to inlet beach..a bit less crowded. Overall, just awesome!!!

The house was perfectly located, with no back neighbors, and on a very convenient and quiet street. The decor was beautiful and amenities plentiful. The porches, especially the screened in back porch, nestled into the wooded nature area was perfect for a relaxing family evening. Owner communications were exceptional. They provided great ideas about the beaches, the area, and local restaurants. Overall, we were very impressed with the home, the owners, and the amenities. There were so many extras what wasn’t to enjoy! We loved everything about our vacation.

The house was perfect for our trip. The host was very responsive and helpful! Would definitely come back to stay at this house!
