The stay was fantastic and very comfortable! Everything with the area, looks and the details with the house was even more better in person than pictures. The family and I will definitely book again!

I would like to commend the property was very homie to all of us. It is very spacious and accesible to all our needs. We dont have any issues because all the basic needs in the kitchen are available with lots of condiments to be use. The details that we need to know was understandable and clear from the key passcode to wifi code, garbage disposal.. plus the laundry supplies are available as well. Kids are having fun and adults as well. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for me.

We had an amazing stay and would absolutely recommend this house, especially for a larger group. The location is fantastic — it’s an easy drive to both Kirkwood and Heavenly, making it a great home base for any snow sports trip. It’s also very close to downtown and local restaurants and shops, which made getting around simple and convenient.The layout of the house works really well for groups, offering plenty of space and privacy while still having great common areas to gather. During the winter months, the hot tub being accessible was a huge bonus and perfect for relaxing after long days on the slopes.The kitchen was well stocked, which made cooking for a group easy. One small recommendation for future guests would be to bring a few extra hand towels, paper towels, and garbage bags, especially for a full house. Additionally, during winter stays it’s helpful to be prepared for snow and ice removal. The house faces north, so the driveway doesn’t get much direct sun to melt ice after a storm — having salt or traction available would be useful for safety and ease of access.Overall, we had a wonderful trip and would happily stay here again. It’s a great Tahoe option for groups looking for comfort, privacy, and easy access to the mountains.

Amazing stay!

This was a great place to have our family holiday getaway. With plenty of room and comfort we enjoyed the amenities this property provided. Our host Patty reached out immediately and made herself available for any needs but anything we encountered were easily navigated around and didn't impact our trip at all. We would definitely visit this property again!

Overall the home was nice.. there were a few items that we found would have helped make the stay nicer...such as a can opener..more than 2 dish towels, an extra roll of paper towels and an extra roll of toilet paper for each bathroom. While the kitchen and baths seems clean.. one kids bed had cracker bits in the sheets and over all the place was dusty and felt a bit disheveled . The sofa and love seat are shot as is the area rug in living room! Also there was a sofa/loveseat and matching chair in the listing on VRBO- comfy seating for 6... however the chair is now gone.. so one family member had to sit in a dining chair while we gathered in the living room... Not comfy or optimal!Lots of cobwebs and dead flys in all the high windows... clearly the home should have a deep cleaning!

Lovely vacation home with plenty of space to relax. The kitchen is very well supplied with plates and cooking utensils. Great location with easy access to Pioneer Trail & highway 50.

Great big beautiful cabin. I’ve been renting cabins in Tahoe for 25 years. Some good some bad. There were a few things I was displeased with this cabin. Front door handle falling off. Couple Stairs to second floor loose. Dryer worked intermittently. Had to goto laundromat. Deck was covered in pine needles and pollen. Hot tub dirty. Bunch Windows missing screens and needed to open windows to cool house. Not enough towels for 8 guests. Not enough trash bags. Pool table dirty something spilled on it. Couple leaky faucets in bathrooms. Cobwebs on ceiling family room. When you are paying what it costs to stay at place like this everything should be dialed.

House was clean upon arrival and we were able to check in earlier than expected. Overall very pleased with this house.

The house is layed out well for families to spend time together in the big living room and kitchen and then have some privacy with the bedrooms and bathrooms. The gas fireplace is great and we played many games at the table.

Large yet cozy home. Great for family and friends, convenient to slopes and town.

I loved how well stocked the kitchen was. The whole house was beautiful and my boys loved playing the board games. We enjoyed this house so much and thank you!

A cozy and clean beauiful cabin in a very convenient and quiet location. We went there for our friends reunion and decided to do it again at the same cabin once per year.

Communication with owner has been easy and place is conveniently located to explore. My family and I enjoyed our stay.

The house is very nice and clean. We celebrated my sons bday by spending time with the family and this location was perfect!

We booked this property for 10 people and had a fun weekend but there were some issues. The house is VERY understocked. People ran out of toilet paper the first day with no extra provided beyond the one roll in the bathroom. This was also the case with paper towels. There were absolutely no extra towels or linens in the house. Needless to say we had to restock quite a bit and were surprised this was not thought of before. Additionally, one of the beds (the futon) was broken and we were not informed of this until the hour of check in. The host offered to have someone come by to fix it but by then we were headed out for dinner. People had to sleep on the living room couches. Ultimately, it was a nice house but did not seem prepared to host the number of people indicated on the listing. The numerous notes about sound ordinances and police fees (posted in approx 4 different spots throughout the house) were also concerning considering the 10 person count for sleeping arrangements. The porch doors also had trouble locking at night - sometimes the locks seemed to work where folks from outside couldn't come in, other times they were able to enter despite being locked.

The home was very well appointed, roomy etc. However, it was further away from lake than I anticipated. Bathroom floors were dirty but, other than that, it was a very nice home.

Wish we were still there, we all had an amazing time in this home. Kids enjoyed the backyard and fun bunkbeds, the location was perfectly close to everything. We loved it so much we are renting it next year.
