House was decent, beds were comfy communication with host was 10/10 . The neighbors threw a giant party Saturday night with music so loud it shook the house this went on till about midnight 1 am so be prepared for that it booking here. The description is accurate there is plenty of beds and room to sleep. We were in OKC for a 4 day softball tournament and this house had room for two families. It was affordable and very clean and accurate description

Only thing I was impressed with was the front room

Weird layout, but great for a large group as there are 5 queen beds. The problem was only two private rooms the other beds have only curtains for privacy. A couple of old stains on the sheets but they felt and smelled clean! Beds are very firm memory foam beds which appeared to be new. Kitchen has everything you need to make meals, everything is old but functional and clean.Nice patio area. Parking for two vehicles and a garage if you need a third. Neighborhood is fairly quiet, very narrow road with vehicles parked on each side. Close to freeway and Walmart. Nice jumping off point.Host is very quick to answer and provided everything for a nice stay.

House was exactly like what was listed. Plenty of room for me, my assistant coach and 4 players. Will stay here again next year!!

Plenty of comfortable beds. Easy check in. Good instructions for WiFi, Nest thermostat, etc (although. were never able to get phones connected, leading to WARM nights). Agree that mown lawn, clean windows, and intact window screen (main bathroom) would have been a positive. There were large neighborhood gatherings both Friday and Saturday nights. No rowdiness, just loud music that ended before 1AM. Just a suggestion for the owners for the future. There is beautiful woodwork in this older home, especially around the fireplace. It looks as though stain was wiped on, then allowed to dry. Sanding lightly, then staining and wiping off the stain that doesn’t soak into the wood would allow the beauty of the woodwork to shine. The refinish job is currently a distraction. Lots of small cosmetic repairs are needed, but this is reflected in the lower rental fee. Overall, met our needs and was comfortable and close to the places we needed to go at an economical price.

We had a wonderful stay in OKC. The house was very comfortable and having lots of sleeping options was great. The only thing I would have changed was the backyard needed mowed when we arrived and 8 days later it still really needed to be mowed, with that being said my dogs didn’t care and loved the backyard! The utensils in the kitchen were lacking quite a bit, but that’s understandable if people had accidentally taken some stuff overtime being a guest at different houses. I find this information helpful just for my pre-planning before my trip. The house over all is a great place to stay and I see my family and I staying there in years to come.
