What a great find in Sea Pines! Perfect for our two families. The house had everything we needed and more! We can’t wait to stay again!!

Second time staying at April’s home and once again it did not disappoint. Such a great location and the pool area is nice and private. Highly recommend. We had two families staying here- 4 kids and 4 adults and There’s plenty of space. Great home.

The house was clean, spacious and beautiful! The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The beds were great for sleep. There are 2 living rooms which was very good for our group. We used one for a playroom for the 4 kids, ages 8 months to 4.5 year old.We ate dinner 4 times at home. The kitchen was totally designed for that. Publix was very close by, a 5 minute drive.The pool was heated very nicely and the kids and us enjoyed it immensely! The beach was probably a 5-8 minute walk through the neighborhood and great for the kids. Ocean water was warm. We would stay here again!

This home is lovely and the location is perfect. The pool and view are wonderful. I wish we owned this home! It has everything you need and is decorated beautifully.

Three generations came together and celebrated a wonderful Thanksgiving week together. The heated pool was amazing, and the perfect backdrop for very special memories. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. The location was perfect to enjoy all the island has to offer. I am sure we will be back!

Crow’s Nest was the perfect place for our tennis team to stay together. Plenty of room and great location close to the tournament sites.

We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary with our kids and their kids. The house was perfect for our extended family of 10 people.

We just returned from our stay at the Crows Nest and our boys (ages 11, 8, and 6) are already asking when we can go back! The layout of the home was the perfect setup for a week's stay with my parents (in their 70s), my sister and her family (2 year and 3 month old) and my family. Enough living spaces for separate activities, for example the card table to work on a 500 piece puzzle and area for kids to watch movies, another living area for my parents to quietly read the newspaper in the mornings over coffee, and covered patio to listen to the rain while rocking a little one. We enjoyed the kitchen eat-in area to make the little people pancakes, and big dining room table for evening meals.The gas grill was fantastic and received high marks from those in charge of grilling each night. The location of the Crows Nest was just perfect. Great idea for anyone visiting to rent bikes for the week and one bike with detachable equipment cart. Super convenient to bike to the beach (5 min tops), also Harbour Town and Salty Dog from the Crows Nest! We rented 2 beach chairs and an umbrella fo the week and between this and all the gear already at the Crows Nest, we had plenty of items for our pool and beach needs. We all agreed the pool is the best we've had while renting homes in Sea Pines. Deborah the house manager is super responsive and attentive to guests' needs. April the house owner is also very responsive and I enjoyed our email exchanges. We made wonderful memories!

The home was exactly as described. It was clean, the pool was a big hit with the kids, and it was a perfect distance to both South South Beach and Harbor Town. The owner and property manager were both extremely responsive to questions and resolved anything we needed as quickly as possible. Highly recommend for you vacation to Hilton Head!

Home was large and welcoming. Pool was great for days not at the beach.
