The house was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for the family and the rooftop deck is great.

Love it all...from communication with the host to location. 10 min max from everything with Uber. Wish we had more days to enjoy the house.

Wonderful stay! We stayed for 4 nights in November. Check in was simple and property was clean.Be ready for stairs! We were there with our parents who are in their 70’s (with no mobility issues) and they stayed comfortably on the main level (which is up a full flight of stairs) without any issues, but keep this in mind if stairs are an issue for anyone in your group.Thank you, Music City Collection, for your great attention to details and cleanliness!

This townhouse is even more beautiful in person than the pictures show. Our stay could not have been better. There were plenty of towels and supplies. The outdoor fireplace was so nice! The home was super clean and the staff was wonderful!! Close enough to walk to places and a short Uber ride to Broadway. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again!

We were a group of 4 senior women celebrating 50 years of friendship, by visiting Nashville. We choose this home due to location and because each room had a king-size bed. Overall, we were satisfied with the location and overall offering.We were disappointed that neither garage door opener was functioning so that meant someone had to be outside to make the door work.We were very frustrated with several maintenance issues; all which have been reported.We expressed concerns to each other that this rental might not be the best fit for seniors. Lots of stairs; walking distance to Broadway, no grab bars in the bathrooms and bathtubs that rivaled European tubs for depth.We were disappointed that the fact that noisy road construction was being completed right outside of the house and we weren't given notice prior to our arrival.We were disappointed that none of the bedrooms had trash bins and that you have to be very nimble to get the toilet door to shut in the shared bathroom on the first level.We were very pleased with the ease and frequency of communication with owners. They were extremely helpful with anything we needed or couldnt figure out on arrival.Im not sure we would return to this location, if ever in Nashville again mainly due to some safety features missing from the home, if you are a senior. We also felt the property might be showing some affect of too many Bachelorette parties! It needed a lot of minor upkeep repairs.

We had a fabulous experience! The property is exactly as advertised… Well located, clean, and accessible. Garage parking for two vehicles definitely a bonus.The neighborhood is safe and lots to do and see within walking distance. Management was proactive and responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall good experience. Good communication with owner/manager. The unit itself lacked extras I would expect at that price, few pots and pans for cooking, no games, cards, dishware and silverware are walmart quality, and thermostats had limited range. Two car garage a huge plus.

There were ants in the master bathroom through most of our stay. Owners addressed it and they did decrease but ugh. Ants. One night the fire alarm went off at 2 am for no reason and then turned itself off, so the ants plus a fire-scare, had to give it 3 stars. Owners were responsive, place was clean and the location is walkable to Vandy, and a short uber to Broadway. It’s on music row so has a cool vibe. Unit B has a power pole in parking lot behind garage so we ended up having to back our car to garage every time in so as not to hit the pole at every back-out. A and C units don’t have this issue. Sure they fixed the ants and the battery for fire alarm so it’s a good place to stay. Just not on my days.

This property was well appointed and maintained. Location is excellent, spacious rooms, garage parking included. Would stay here again and recommend. Keep in mind there are a lot of stairs in this unit.

We took our daughters and our son in law to Nashville for their combined birthdays. We had an amazing time!

We enjoyed our stay, have to say there were definitely some, actually lots, of communication issues. I’ve stayed at a lot of places and never had to “rage text” a robot at midnight until this stay. I did finally get to text with an actual human at 9:36 am the morning of our day of departure. A few recommendations would be have flashlights available and have fans for downstairs also having the “eco” setting was not good for us. 75 at night was to warm

The entire property was fantastic. Very clean, exactly as stated online. We were in a great location.

This was the perfect place for 8 Peabody graduates to come together after 46 years from graduation. We could walk to campus and many new eateries in the area. Our favorite was the Barcelona Wine Bar. We felt safe and it was easy to navigate the area.

We had a great time in Nashville, and the house was in excellent condition. It was extremely clean, and its location was perfect. Walking distance to most things, with a simple 5-10 minute drive to everything else.

The house was absolutely beautiful & looked exactly like the pictures. It was so clean too! It was a little further from Broadway than we expected but there were a lot of nice shops & restaurants close by & downtown was an easy Uber ride away. Would definitely recommend this house!!

My family and I stayed in Nashville for a wedding and this was the perfect rental! Excellent location walkable to Vanderbilt, Belmont U and Centennial Park. Short drive to Broadway and 12th street shops. Communication and check in was easy and the home was well appointed and spacious! Will definitely rent again if we find ourselves headed to Nashville!
