Stayed Sep 11, 2025The owner was very responsive and helpful. Though the property was generally clean, the furniture was stained/quite used. While we arrived at night (not best time to judge), the interior seemed bare compared to many VRBOs we have stayed at in the area while visiting TCU. We did reach out to the owner about a few things and they were quite responsive and helpful. We did not end up staying, however.

Stayed May 2, 2025Honestly and transparently, we walked into an immediate unclean smell. Dishwasher was clean but full. Garbage disposal was due to be run. Overall, it appeared that housecleaning did not show up after previous reservation/before our check in.Would be efficient to upgrade the house with some ‘smart’ features.The local area has had quite a bit of rain recently but the property grass was not complementing.None of this was a dealbreaker enough to change lodging plans at last minute so we managed through it and still had fair stay.

Stayed Aug 21, 2024We were very pleased with the appearance and cleanliness of the home! Perfect location to Dickies Arena! One thing we notice there was no sweetener for the coffee. Beds were very comfortable and slept well! Very quiet neighborhood! We enjoyed our stay!! ❤️

Stayed May 3, 2024I rented this place for an afternoon retreat to get us away from the office. The manager messaged when the last guests left late and our arrival time was delayed. Totally out of her hands and she quickly cleaned it for us. I would not be comfortable leaving my car outside this location overnight but for the daytime it was fine.

Stayed May 20, 2024Pros - We loved the inside, very modern and updated on the inside! Very hot water, showers are very nice. Everything is updated! Cons- outside of the house could use a remodel. Looks rough. We had to make sure we were at the right house, no pictures of the outside of the house on listing. They had a small garage that we parked under.

Stayed Apr 11, 2024Very clean. Comfy beds and comfortable couches. Very hot water for showers. Beautiful back porch to drink coffee and relax. Host was very nice and helpful.
