5 mins to beach, golf cart & fenced in yard. Pet-friendly!

The house was charming and the front porch was a great place to relax. It is a short walk to the beach and we enjoyed using the golf cart to get to the beach and to the local restaurants. We also enjoyed our day at Southport and it is a very short drive there. We had a blast and will return.

Great house near the beach! Clean and lots of room for family! Also had extra beach chairs and canopy. Golf cart is a nice addition. Would definitely stay again!

Our host, Elizabeth was very accommodating with us and responded promptly to my questions. The house had a great fenced in backyard and nice big screened in front porch. The golf cart was super nice and so nice to have at the house. Absolutely loved Oak Island and will definitely be back next year!

Overall had wonderful stay ! Only complaint was air conditioning problems entire time...which can happen to anyones house!!

This house is clean and beautifully decorated. It has everything you need for cooking, relaxing and sleeping.Quality appliances and dinnerware.The rooms are spacious. Beds are comfortable.Screened in front porch is wonderful. Had my morning coffee out there. Rocking chairs and a porch swing gives it that southern feel. Slow and Easy.The fenced in back yard was great for the dog. Just opened the back door and he was able to go down to the yard without us having to worry about him running away or having to be on a lead.There are plenty of quality towels.Beach chairs enough for the whole family.The gulf cart was so fun for the whole family to ride in back and forth to the beach. I travel a lot every year. This house was by far the best rental experience I have ever had.The neighborhood this house is in is quiet and non-touristy.Ice cream and coffee shops close by.Grocery stores and restaurants about 2 miles awayThe property owners were great with communications and easy to work with.I will definitely stay at this house again.

We had a lovely stay during a quick trip to the beach for a family wedding. Elizabeth was communicative and the home was a perfect fit for our family.

We enjoyed our stay so much. Even my teenage son was excited that everything was labeled so well. Its was clean and very comfortable. Well stocked kitchen and household items. We would certainly book this adorable home again.

We had a great time at the Pelican Palace! It was perfect location, the kitchen was well stocked with appropriate cook ware. The house was clean and just as described.

This house was perfect for our anniversary getaway. We were able to bring our dog, the house was clean and exactly as described, and the golf cart made it super convenient to drive to the beach! The owner was super helpful and responsive! We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay overall and there was plenty of space for everyone to relax with the 6 of us. Location is great and so close to the beach. We thought the best swimming was at the point of the island. Lonerider Brewery has some of the best fried shrimp I have ever had. -LOVED having a stocked kitchen with all the things I could want. We cooked almost every meal. -Labels were very appreciated and made it so easy to find things. -Beach equipment was a great touch and convenient. -Location is wonderful house is beautiful and comfortable. We had plenty of spaces to relax with our four teenagers. -Large golf cart was perfect for our family of six and convenient. -Hose outside is very convenient for washing off sand from everything. -The notebook with all the information for the house and area is very helpful. -Golf cart use is a separate rental fee.

The house was clean and had everything you needed to include things you would not think of. The TV was already prepped with an HDMI extension so plugging in the Xbox was a breeze. The beds were comfy and all of the things were present that you need for cooking full meals. The location was close to the beach and the Golf Cart, which falls under a separate agreement was registeres with a parking pass. The house came with beach gear and had plenty of room for the dogs. Communication with Elizabeth was easy and I always got a fast reply. We had a wonderfull time.
