The beds were not ok at all! Then we we tried to make anything the dishes were filthy and that’s if they had what you needed to cook. The place was not in an ideal location. This could have been better if the beds weren’t rock hard had all the sheets on them. The kitchen needs to have a toaster and cooking items even if it’s just the essentials. Also needs more silverware. We ended up having to buy air mattress to sleep on and basic cooking stuff like a pots and pans and spatulas. The fence to the property is broken to where it don’t shut or open all the way! I don’t think they should have this place as a rental honestly. The neighbors all have garbage in allys to where it feels like your living in suburb. The house seem very old as well to where it creeks every time you move. Also the house could have been cleaner. We found old wrappers from food by the couch cob webs on the front porch and blinds were broken around the house. I don’t think we would be back to stay at this location

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing and did not meet our expectations. The property was really cold when we got there the ac was not working. not as advertised, and several issues affected our comfort throughout the stay. Cleanliness was below standard, and some amenities, we were counting on were either not working. Overall this experience fell short of what we expect when booking through Vrbo, and we would not choose to stay here again.

Rooms had plenty of space to be comfortable. The kitchen while small provides decent fridge space and a selection of seasonings, one pan, not many bowls, plates, or cups though. Little things around the house aren’t perfect but it doesn’t affect the stay.

Great place for the price.

It was cheap, but very old and dingy. The porch has a lot of spider webs and dirt, the AC ducts are extremely dirty and debris-filled, the shower curtains had bugs in them on arrival, and the owner won't even let you wear shoes on the carpet to at least get a layer between you and the dirt. The mattresses are extremely firm and the bed frames are extremely rickety. I still give 2 stars instead of 1 because at least the price was low.

The upstairs has stains all over the floors, several closets had old bedding, used dirty clothing stuffed in it. Items left from previous visits in the refrigerator. Overall a hotel would have had a more professional look for us.
