We couldn’t be happier . The location and house was perfect for my family. The owner even had a pack&play, toys and books for the kids. We only wished we could have had a longer vacation to enjoy the house. We fell in love with Marco Island and would highly recommend staying at this property. Our family of 7 stayed at this beautiful home for the 4th of July celebration. The house is very charming, centrally located and is fully equipped with everything and anything you may need during your stay, including bicycles, beach chairs, beach wagon, towels, etc. Becky, the manager, was amazing, very accommodating and kept on checking on us during our stay. She also gave us great tips about things to do in Marco Island and nice restaurants to visit. The house is literally 5 minutes from the beach, walking, and this entrance of the beach is more secluded, so the beach does not feel crowded at any time. We had a fantastic long weekend at this house and plan to come back. Highly recommended.

The property was clean with a lot of amenities. Very well located, close to the beach and the main routes. No need to go out for anything. House has everything to do. Great pool. I would prefer more space in the back yard to gather the whole family. The grill needs an upgrade. Thanks. We enjoyed. House has a lot of space. My kids loved the fish tank and the piano.

This was our second stay at the property this season and another wonderful week.

The property is as advertised, very well supplied, including kids toys and equipment. Becky is very available and communicates well. From this home, it is an easy walk to the beach.

First x to Marco Island. We loved the beach, restaurants & relaxing at the house! Enjoyed the convenient location & the house had everything we needed. The 6 of us enjoyed our trip! Becky was very easy to work with, prompt when we had any questions, and made our stay more pleasant.

Our 3-generation family of 9 (including a 3 yr old, 2 yr old, & 7mo.) were very happy with this well-stocked, well-situated home! Pack and Plays (with sheets!), high chairs, toys, pool & beach supplies came in very handy. The screened in pool was perfect (temp, cleanliness, floats, deck furniture) & its location right outside the generously-sized screened in porch was very handy. The porch had lots of comfy seating for morning coffee and lovely string lights for evening cocktails. The kitchen had everything we could think of, including plenty of paper towels and dishwasher pods, and if we could not find something, a text to the Host generated a quick reply with the answer. Same for the bathrooms: well stocked with towels, toiletries, t.p. ..and great water pressure in the shower! A/C worked well, extra frig in garage was handy, and the wide array of beach equipment was MUCH appreciated for many trips to the beach...which was an easy, quick walk from the home. Would highly recommend! The Host was friendly, helpful, easy to deal with, & very quick to respond.

The location is great with a very short walk to the beach and ll the top restaurants. The home was clean, well stocked with all the basics and has a terrific pool. Becky is a terrific host and nothing could have gone better.

Highly recommend! Becky was very attentive, friendly and always just a text away if we ever needed anything. The house is just like 5 min walk to the beach, it had everything you could possibly need to make you feel comfortable and at home. We did not have the best weather while we were there but we still had a great time. We hope to be back soon!.

Of course location to Marco Beach (5 min walk) was excellent. Becky had chairs, towels, umbrellas, coolers, and transport carts which made getting the beach a breeze. BBQ and tools easily on site for family night in. Pool was comfortably nice to relax. Bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for all 6 of us. Becky was a quick text away and very responsive. Would recommend staying here again in the future!!

During our stay at Marco we had great relaxing time. The location is excellent . Its is short walk to the beach. The property a has large covered pool and the house is well equipped with everything, including every cooking gadget, multiple bicycles, to lots of beach carry-ons. Communication with the property manager was easy and she was very helpful with local guidance

We had an amazing vacation at this beautiful home. Becky is an exceptional host. Perfect location, only a short walk to the beach. This home provides everything you need and Becky was so accommodating which was much appreciated! We can’t wait to return to this property sometime in the future!
