5 min to Biltmore & 10 to Downtown. New adorable neighborhood.

The home was clean but had an odd smell. When we arrived at the property, there was someone working in the house. This was well after the earliest check in time. The owners lived next door and the worker got the husband, who said we didn’t have occupancy until the next day, when clearly that was incorrect. He just shrugged his shoulders and blamed his wife. I did reach out to the wife, who did apologize, but blamed other reasons for the confusion instead of just apologizing. She offered a full refund if we left the property immediately, but we had already unpacked. In the end, they did refund one night of our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. Everything was well-appointed and comfortable. The location was quiet and great for visiting Asheville and the Biltmore Estate.

Great stay.

We had a great time! The house was perfect. Comfortable and we didn’t need for anything. It was very easy to get to and we felt safe there. I wish it was a little warmer so we could enjoy the adorable screened in porch, but we had 40 mph winds! Oh, I did bump my head on the light on the headboard once, so look out for those :P We also had a great trip for our first time in Asheville. This home is super convenient to everything! All the fun in downtown and also some familiar stores like Target and Walmart. It truly is the perfect location and felt like home. Thank you for the great stay!

Clean, charming and well appointed home, conveniently located to downtown Asheville. I would not recommend this house for seniors because there are no grab bars in the bathrooms and the toilets are very low. Young families would be best to rent this property.

The house is located close to hiking, the Asheville Arboretum, and restaurants. The neighborhood was also very quiet. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very comfortable and clean property. We enjoyed our stay and would book again. The picture of the outside of the house is a little misleading as there is no lawn on the left side of the house. There is another house very close. Didn’t cause any issues, just different than the pic.

Our family stayed here for a weekend to visit downtown Asheville and the Biltmore. Extremely convenient for both places. House was exceptionally clean and well furnished. Hosts were responsive and kind. It is in a quiet neighborhood and was a very quiet and restful place to return to after a day at the Biltmore. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful, beautifully appointed home. It seemed silly that we had to throw the towels and sheets in the laundry when we were paying a maid.

Property as described. Quite neighborhood. Not too far from breweries, the Biltmore, and downtown. Items were labeled in the home and a welcome notebook was provided with care.
