THE LAYOUT

This private neighborhood sits just across 30A from the public beach access at One Seagrove Place and neighbors Seagrove hotspots including Cafe Thirty-A, Donut Hut, and Angelina's Pizzeria & Pasta. Less than two miles from Seaside, a five minute drive or a fifteen minute bike ride will have you sipping cocktails on the beach at Bud & Alley's and touring food trucks beneath the palm trees and cafe lights before a concert at the amphitheater.

The community pool now HEATED!! during the months of October, November, December, March and April.
