An elegant flat with private garden and lake-view swimming pool, in the middle of the green hillside, in a high-class residential context. The large furnished portico offers moments of relaxation, the Hollywood-shaped swimming pool is fun for everyone. Immersed in silence and tranquillity, it is 5 minutes from the nightlife of Padenghe Lido and its lakeside promenade. A few km also from amusement and theme parks, from cities such as Brescia, Mantua and Verona and 1 hour from Milan.

Theflat consists of two rooms on the ground floor with a bathroom, with the living room and kitchen overlooking the large covered patio, which in turn overlooks the private garden. From the patio it is also possible to see the large communal garden at the centre of which is the swimming pool. Under the patio a wide staircase leads to a windowed tavern which is a self-contained annexe with a double bed, wardrobe and a private bathroom including washing machine.

Living area:

Nestled in a cosy atmosphere, the living room houses an inviting sofa and a sophisticated 40-inch television, complete with free wifi. This space is ideal for carving out moments of relaxation during the hottest days, allowing you to enjoy the comfort of your home retreat. Here, a large table invites you to start your day with a sunny breakfast and end it with memorable dinners. Comfortable sofas, embellished with soft cushions, offer an oasis of comfort where you can relax in the tranquillity of the private garden. The panoramic view, sweeping across the left side towards the lake, provides an atmosphere of serenity and beauty. Through the garden, there is direct access to the pool complex, adding a touch of luxury and practicality to your living experience. This well-kept space thus becomes not only the focal point of your days, but also a haven of pleasure and relaxation, where every moment becomes a unique experience

To this end, we would like to inform you that we use professional management software that guarantees maximum data security and confidentiality. We will send you a secure link before your stay to enable you to register these documents quickly and easily.



The booking price quoted prior to confirmation includes, depending on the nature of the individual stay, a charge for accommodation and a charge for ancillary services related to the booking and stay, such as cleaning, administration, support, platform/brokerage fees and related services.

The breakdown between accommodation and ancillary services may vary for each stay and will be specified in the tax/accounting documentation provided.



Prior to your arrival, I will ensure that the flat is thoroughly cleaned, following strict hygiene standards.

There will be fresh bed linen and towels for each guest, two rolls of toilet paper and a welcome kit in the bathroom. I would also like to inform you that as we are not a hotel, Italian law forbids us to provide guests with any kind of food even if it is just simple oil, salt and pepper, and as we work professionally, we are bound to follow Italian law.

Please respect the flat and its equipment during your stay as if they were your own. I am sure you will treat the flat with care.

Security deposit for any damage

To protect the property and its furnishings, and to ensure that all guests enjoy accommodation that is always in perfect condition, a security deposit of €300 is required to cover any damage, missing items or improper use of the property.

The deposit does not represent an additional cost: it will be refunded within 7 days of check-out, following the necessary checks on the condition of the accommodation.

If no damage or issues are found, the full amount will be refunded. If damage is found, the sum will be retained in whole or in part, in proportion to the costs of repair or replacement.
