    Horrible, overpriced, stunk, never again! I would travel to Fort Collins Colorado before overpaying in Cheyenne!

    Close to all activities and easy going back and forth. Communication about concerns were excellent between owner and cleaner. Comfortable. Quiet neighborhood.

    Overall give it 2 stars for this stay. Had a good location and spacious living areas. Other:1. Check in - told key was in lockbox but it was empty. Fortunately front door had electronic lock and code worked on it. 2. AC was minimal for the unit. The general description mentioned a portable unit downstairs but it did nothing for the upstairs at night. I realize we came in the heat of the summer (95 several days) but even leaving windows open and running fans did not help much. Also, possibly due to the high heat, the AC tripped its CB. We reported this to owner but it was not working the last day of our stay. I’m sure mainly a factor when extra hot. 3. Kitchen not as well equipped as other VRBOs we’ve used. 4. Only 2 towels and 1 washcloth for each of the 3 bedrooms.

    The overall cleanliness of the property was good, with the exception of the second bathroom upstairs. There was a dirty loofah in the shower which indicated it had not been cleaned. The sink had not been cleaned as there were hairs in it. There was a huge stain on the floor which the owner stated was a chemical spill from years ago. There was also an awful odor in the bathroom. We were not able to use that bathroom due to these reasons.
