We absolutely love Sable Rock Manor. The home is pristine and has everything you need. Aloma is a fantastic host! So responsive, kind, and willing to help with any request.

Staying at the Sable Rock Manor came with some great amenities. We absolutely loved the pool we had access to. Such a great pool for kids and families. It sits on the most beautiful pond and has a gorgeous view. There’s also endless trails that were a blast for all the families. The house had great bikes to use!

We had a large group and this house was perfect for us. Huge bonus that there were 4 suites (having bathrooms in the rooms were great for the families with kids). The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we need for cooking for a large crowd. We really enjoyed the outside sitting area and loved the grassy park right behind the house. 10/10.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home in the Caldera Springs development of Sunriver. From the moment we walked in, we were struck by how spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed everything was. The home had that perfect blend of luxury and comfort—plenty of space for our group to spread out, but room to all be together when we wanted. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to cook meals and gather around the two big dining tables. We especially loved the outdoor space—quiet, overlooking the park, and perfect for morning coffee or evenings with the deer. The location within Caldera Springs was ideal—peaceful and scenic, with easy access to the lodge, trails, lakes, and the Sunriver Village and amenities just a short drive or bike ride away. Everything was exactly as described and more. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and upscale Central Oregon escape!

What a great home for a family vacation! Room for everyone and a well appointed kitchen for family meals. We've stayed at several vacation homes where we've had to wash everything in the kitchen before we used it. So I greatly appreciated the care that was taken to make sure everything was clean and organized in the kitchen! And being espresso enthusiasts we loved the built in espresso machine. The game room was a big hit with everyone, especially the slightly unparticipative teens lol. The pillows were so comfortable, we ordered the same ones when we got home. The pool access and amenities that come with this home are fabulous and the staff there are super helpful. An excellent time was had by all and I highly recommend this home.

From even before we arrived, the host was very helpful and detailed. Upon arrival we noticed a few small things and emailed the host who replied back immediately to fix our concerns. The stay was great and the house was absolutely perfect. We really enjoyed the extra easy checkout process that allowed us just to focus on making sure that we had all of our belongings and not on a massive checklist.

The house overall was the perfect size for our family. The great room was the ideal space to hang out and have everyone in one space. Radiant floors were great but somewhat glitchy and overheated areas at times without any adjustment to the thermostat. The hot tub cover doesn’t work nor did the jets and the steam shower was out of order but not mentioned in posting. The play room was great for the kids and adult kids. The carpets are pretty stained especially on the stairs.

The house is truly stunning. We had twelve people staying and didn’t feel crowded. The house has everything you can imagine to truly feel like you’re in your own little oasis.

We can not recommend Sable Rock Manor enough; hands down one of the BEST vacation rentals I've ever stayed at!! As a fellow vacation rental host, I consider my standards to be pretty high. Aloma (host), the booking process, and Sable Rock Manor were all impressive from start to finish. The house was even better (and bigger) than the photos convey. The home was well stocked and presented (hotel amenities in bathrooms, espresso machine ready to go, plenty of paper goods for our 4 night stay, snack tray by the front door, pool towels available, bicycles for guest use, etc). The bonus amenities were a HUGE HIT: we spent most days either bicycling around the 40+ miles of community and doing shopping at all the various pit stops, or at the Quarry pool laying out by the pool and swimming, and sipping on bevs + yummy snacks via ordered the pool hosts. It was such a fun and friendly environment for a big family summer vacation! We can't wait to come back again...!

We had an amazing experience at Sable Rock Manor. The home is perfect for family gatherings and it fit our large group comfortably. Kitchen and living area created the perfect communal gathering area and the game room was a huge hit for the kids in the group. We also didn't appreciate the home backed up to a large grassy field which was perfect for sports and after dinner games. Aloma and team were also great to work with and very responsive. Caldera Springs is a great community. The walking trails, Quarry Pool, kayak/canoe rentals and Pickleball/tennis access all in the community made planning activities easy. Also appreciated the close access to broader amenities within Sunriver. We hope to return to Sable Rock Manor soon!

There is no way to complain about anything with this stay. Our hosts were more than friendly and serviceable and this house was completely perfect. Every detail of what you'd need to impress a potential business partner was available and in places you'd expect. That kitchen was top notch and I actually took notes for my next home remodel. Almost every detail was thought out and placed almost at your fingertips and I'm glad I chose this place. It worked out perfectly. The real mvp though is that hot tub. There's nothing quite like it and was worth the price of admission. Most my time was spent there when I wasn't cooking or bartending and justifiably so. It, like most else in that house, was a real marvel.

This home was amazing. It was super spacious, very accommodating to our large blended family. Sunriver has so much to offer, but we found ourselves just wanting to stay home and play pool, relax in hot tub, or just enjoy the large living area and play games. Right behind the home is Sable Rock Park, which had a big grassy field that we played wiffle ball, soccer, etc. Loved the hospitality from the host, and thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. We will be making this home our preferred place to stay for our future Sunriver vacations.

We loved our stay. This home has it all, and the location is amazing! My grandkids kept asking me if we will every come back and stay at the Mansion , they chose the perfect word.
