Our cozy Cannon Beach house, in the presidential area west of Hemlock, has a small peek of the ocean . We have a back yard with a bar-b-que and small sitting area. The front deck just right for reading a good book, eating, or or having a cup of coffee. and has a table with chairs. There is another table outside close to front door. The beach is at the end of the street.

Stayed Jul 13, 2025Great location just steps from the beach on a quiet street. The Presidential Blocks neighborhood is a perfect spot, an easy walk into town for food/shopping, and a little bit removed from the area with the larger hotels, so the beach doesn't feel crowded at all. Kathy's house was very clean. We stayed for a week and cooked most of our meals at the house, so we appreciated having most of the kitchen tools and cookware that we needed in great condition. The living room area and fireplace area is a really nice common space, plenty of room to spread out a bit. We also appreciated having some handy beach tools available, including beach chairs, sand toys, and a wagon for firewood. Definitely recommended!

Stayed Jul 6, 2025We were very pleased with out stay in this lovely home. Nicely decorated with a spacious living room, including gas fireplace, well-stocked kitchen and three bedrooms, one with a walk-in shower. There is also a nice front porch. But the best thing about this home is its location, just a half-block and easy walk from gorgeous Cannon Beach. Owner, Kathy, was readily available by phone when we had a few questions. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Stayed Nov 27, 2024Just a lovely 3 br cottage, perfect for a family visit. The living room space is large and very comfortably furnished. The kitchen is a nice size and has everything needed to cook a large meal for family. And the location is ideal, just a few minutes walk to the beach and perhaps 10 minutes or less to downtown.
