Welcome to 5 Gulls — a calm, coastal retreat tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac in the Village at Nags Head, where the pace feels slower and the details feel intentionally done.
Professionally managed by Preserve Property Co.
Inside, the home has been newly redesigned with fresh decor that brings a relaxed, coastal vibe to every space — airy, inviting, and easy to settle into the moment you arrive. The layout is simple and functional, with the main living area filled with natural light and designed for the rhythms of an Outer Banks stay: coffee in the morning, beach days in the afternoon, and unhurried evenings at home.
One of the best features is the way indoor and outdoor living connect. Just off the living area, step out to the hot tub — perfectly positioned for a quiet soak beneath the stars and a front-row seat to the fairway views of the Nags Head Golf Links. It’s the kind of spot that turns a normal night into your favorite memory of the trip.
**Bonus Perk** access to the Village Beach Club, with a 5,000 sq ft oceanfront pool, private beach access with parking, bath houses, and seasonal food & drink options - an easy upgrade to your Outer Banks' vacation giving a full-resort feel with the privacy of a single-family retreat.
The Village at Nags Head is known for its beautiful coastal architecture, a true neighborhood feel, and easy access to some of the Outer Banks’ best dining, shopping, and local favorites. You’re minutes to grocery stores, Roanoke Island adventures, and iconic OBX landmarks — close enough to explore, but tucked away enough to truly relax.
Whether you’re here for golf, beach days, or simply a peaceful place to reconnect, 5 Gulls is designed to feel calm, comfortable, and quietly special — the kind of home you’ll want to come back to.

Located in the Village at Nags Head on the Outer Banks, the address is on a small cul‑de‑sac next to the Linkside/golf area. The neighborhood is residential, family‑friendly and resort‑oriented with HOA amenities (community sound access, landscaping and more), short drives to South Virginia Dare Trail (the main Nags Head corridor), local grocery and dining, and easy access to Roanoke Island (Manteo) and Jennette’s Pier. The vibe is relaxed coastal — quiet at night, oriented toward beach and outdoor activities (surfing, fishing, nature trails).
Most visitors use a car; the area is spread out and car parking is ample. Short drives (5–15 minutes) connect to grocery stores, restaurants, Jennette’s Pier and beach accesses. Limited public transit exists (Dare County/Outer Banks shuttle and seasonal beach shuttles) but service is infrequent compared with urban areas. Walking and biking are pleasant inside the Village and to nearby commercial spots, but expect to drive for beaches farther along the coast. Rideshares operate but can be slower and pricier in peak season.
