Our house in nestled in a private cul de sac and is perfect for kids and dogs - a fenced in yard with endless activities. The house is a 5 minute drive to downtown Aspen, a 12 minute bike ride or a 20ish min walk on an easy trail. You will not get a better piece of land than thisfor summer.

The house is 4 bedrooms in the main house and has a mother-in-law/nanny suite above the garage with its own kitchen and deck, and private access. Includes all things you would need for kids (cribs, high chairs, toys, bikes, scooters, etc) and is extremely dog friendly.
