5 BR 4.5 BA house in gated neighborhood with community pool- dock with 25’ boat

The booking and communication with the homeowner was just perfect. He made sure we were aware of other amenities that were available. Also advised us to make sure to contact him if there was anything not up to expectations. The drive in was literally breathtaking with a couple of squeals included as we descended. Once you level off and see amazing views of the lake there is such peace! The house was as incredible as the listing portrayed with all the needed accessories. The only thing I would change is for us to have had more time at the house. My family had come in from out of state to attend my son's wedding so we were on the go the majority of the weekend.

An absolutely gorgeous place with just the right amount of living amenities. Would 100% stay again!

Great location and home

House was excellent! Kids loved the upstairs bunk beds and the adults loved the separate bedrooms. Plenty of bathrooms for everyone as well. The deck upstairs and the screened porch was also pleasant at night. Short walk to the dock and not a lot of traffic on the water makes it really nice. 10/10 would recommend.

We spent a wonderful long fall break weekend with our kiddos and their friends at this great property! The boys loved fishing all hours of the day and night! The dock and dock toys were great! The area is so peaceful and quiet. The perfect place to disconnect and recover from busy days!

Enjoyed the house and amenities provided - water toys, very nice boat. Family loved having their own bathroom per bedroom. Nice large Frig for storing food. Loved the community pool!

The house is better than advertised!! A really nice set up for 6 adults and 5 grandkids. Water access is easy, for Smith Lake and renting the pontoon for a few days was a hit. So many water toys to chose from too! We’ll be back!!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. We had plenty of room for our large multi family vacation. The location was perfect and the kids had fun with the lily pad, paddle boards and other water toys. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful home and great location on the lake! Neighborhood was very peaceful! The house was very nice, clean and well stocked! Owner was always helpful and quick to respond! we rented the boat, and definitely recommend adding this. Boat was very nice and added alot of fun! Highly recommend…We will for sure visit this property again!!

We took our children and their spouses and two children until four years of age for a few days get-away. We loved having the two living room areas so the kids could play comfortably. We rented the boat for one day and everyone agreed it was the best day! Great space for families!

We had a great week staying here for the 4th of July. The house was the perfect size for our family of 11. The kitchen was very well stocked with any and everything that we needed. Our favorite was the boat! It was very nice and included the tube, skiis, wakeboard, etc. The owner and maintenance man were both very easy to communicate with and handled any problem/question that we had very quickly. Would definitely recommend!!

My family and I had the best time! The property was fantastic and renting the pontoon was the best decision!
