Great spacious house!!

The host was very responsive and communicated well. Our group had an amazing time, the amenities included everything we needed. Location was perfect, just 15 minutes from Killington. We would definitely book here again!

Our stay was fantastic! Wonderful house, great amenities, and really easy, quick drive to the mountain. The hosts were wonderful and the entire family had a great time!

Our hosts were excellent communicators and responded quickly to our inquiries and issues. The house is remotely situated for those who enjoy privacy yet just minutes from hiking trails, fishing, golfing, convience stores and the Killington Adventure Center, which the whole family thoroughly enjoyed. The house is well laid out with plenty of room for a large group and has a great family/home theater room in the basement with lots of seating space, a pool table, games, and toys for youngsters. Our four grandkids (ages 9-14) enjoyed watching a movie there in the evening just prior to bedtime. The entrance to the house from the garage was large and designed to hold ski equipment and boots and any variety of parafinalia one would bring on vacation. The kids and the adults all enjoyed the swimming pool, hot tub and fie pit. The large dining room table held all eleven of us with room to spare. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, pots and pans, and glassware. The house is also well stocked with paper products, a welcomed convenience that not every place we have rented provides. The houses was generally very clean, but the windowsill between the screens and the glass in several rooms and the screens on the porch would benefit from a good vacuuming. We all had a great and memorable vacation at this property which was graced on our last morning by the visit of a black bear that was, at least for us, the icing on the cake. We would stay there again.

My family and I had a nice stay, while we had a couple issues the host was very accommodating to help resolve them quickly. The house was beautifully decorated and had a lot of things to offer as far as things to do or things you may need. It had a vibe for a woods type theme but modern living. Close enough to get things at a store but tucked away on a back road to have peace and quiet with pleanty of privacy.

We had a wonderful time. The home was lovely-couldn’t have asked for anything better. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all. Plenty of room to spread out and the house very unique.

What an absolute joy it was to stay in this beautiful home! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at ease. The house was filled with thoughtful touches that made our stay so comfortable—sunny mornings in the kitchen, quiet evenings on the porch, and the most peaceful nights of sleep.The built-in pool was a favorite spot for everyone. And when the sun went down, the fire pit became the heart of the backyard—perfect for roasting s’mores and sharing stories under the stars.Inside, the home was spacious and thoughtfully laid out. There was plenty of room for everyone, with comfortable beds and generous living space that never felt crowded. One of the highlights? The downstairs area, where our whole family—all 11 of us!—gathered to watch a movie together.Communication with the owners was incredibly easy and smooth. They were kind, responsive, and made sure everything was just right for our visit. It made the whole experience even more enjoyable.

So nice to have the pool to cool off in. We seemed to have picked the hottest week to be there. House is well equipped and flows well. Porches could use a good cleaning as well as the window sills, but overall it accommodates big families well.

My family rents a house every year for a family ski weekend. This was by far the best house we have rented so far! It was roomy, functional & very clean. Great chefs kitchen stocked with spices and misc. items. The dining room plenty big enough for my entire family to enjoy meals, and the small table in the kitchen great for game play! The beds were comfortable and cozy. The play room was great for the little ones! We will definitely be back!

We had a great week for skiing! The place was more than enough room for two families of 4 (4 adults, 4 kids). Very well equipped for basic needs and entertainment. Very reasonable to access Killington/Pico. Hosts very communicative. Would highly recommend and return!

We had an excellent time at 95 Rock. The house was comfortable for three families with plenty of entertainment for the kids. Kitchen was particularly well stocked. Great location near Killington that made getting back and forth to the mountain convenient. Owners were responsive and friendly.

Our extended family stayed at this great house for a long weekend in Killington. It’s an easy drive to the mountain and is situated on a beautiful property. The bedrooms are spacious - especially the primary, and there are 3 1/2 bathrooms. The dining room table is HUGE and perfect for your whole group to be able to enjoy a meal together. There are heated mats leading to the hot tub which were great so we didn’t have to shovel a path after it snowed. Check-in was painless and the hosts were very easy to communicate with before and during our stay. We would definitely recommend this property for a stay in Killington!

The house was a perfect space for my family to gather together, ages ranged from infant through adults and everyone had a great time! The pool and hottub were both amazing and in great shape, the fully stocked kitchen and tons of extra towells made things so easy to feel right at home. I can’t say enough positives about Greg as a host, super responsive and beey helpful for any information about the house / area.

Everything was perfect, and just as described. It would have been a great spot for our annual family vacation, but ... we all got COVID and had to leave early! :(

My large group stayed in July and the heated pool and hot tub both provided the perfect entertainment! The house is very well stocked (TP, kitchen has pots/pans/plates/cups/ utensils, trash bags, tinfoil, DW soap, all bathrooms had shampoo and conditioner and plenty of shower and hand towels etc...). The house was very spacious and thoughtfully designed. Plenty of privacy and nice quiet dirt roads, which were great for a nature walk or run. The hosts were quick to respond and check in was a breeze. The appliances are top notch, and the bonus beer fridge in the kitchen was a great touch. Excellent house and location, and we hope to stay there again!

We adored the spaciousness and homey atmosphere of this property. Moreover, we have never enjoyed abundance of space and provisions in the kitchen and enormous dining room. The pool was a bonus, the beds were comfy and having two laundries was beyond the pale. Checkin was easy; commnication was effortless. There were a few small issues/repairs—all readily correctable—discussed with owners.

We loved our week at this house. It is in the middle of the woods and a peaceful retreat. The heated private in ground pool was relaxing, and all of the family, 2 legged and 4 legged loved the screened in porch. The house literally has everything you could need, from bath products to tissues and food storage bags! Best stocked house we have ever stayed at. We also loved the extensive assortment of fans, which kept the house cool and comfortable without air conditioning. Killington is 15 minutes away and we enjoyed the adventure park they have at the mountain. Just bring your clothes and food and enjoy a restful vacation!
