Great amenities! The hosts were very welcoming. A true oasis from the cold weather.

The home was clean and fully stocked, plenty of games available and equipment for outdoor activities. The host was extremely helpful and always available for any questions. Location to downtown was perfect!

We loved everything about this home. Immaculately clean, very functional, well outfitted kitchen, warm, cosy, more room than needed for the 5 of us, walk to town, lots of parking, owners were more than gracious and extremely communicative and generous. I can't recommend this home enough.

Great stay!

Beau has a beautiful home and some really cool what appear to be travel pictures on the walls. The beds in all the rooms were amazing according to those who were us. The patio and wood fire grills were awesome We made delicious pizzas and incredible steaks while we are there. I highly recommend Beau and this property

I was so pleased with the property. Location was perfect and was located so close to all the shops. I cant say enough about our host Beau Petersen he was there for us every step of the way. We was in the area for a beautiful wedding.

It was perfect! We’ve stayed at many VRBO homes but none compared to this one. We siblings and spouses are so pleased that we are coming back next year, which we’ve never done before. We all are in our 70s, but we are hopeful for good health. Such a wonderful place we have found. Hayward is a great city.

This was a quick family getaway. The house was very good and had pretty much all the amenities we needed for cooking and grilling. Great location to town and the host Beau was terrific to work with!

Beau was an amazing host in every way, thinking of ways large and small to make our family reunion one that we will never forget. All the beds were very comfortable, there were amenities galore, the location was perfect, and there were touches above and beyond what we expected.

We had a wonderful stay! My husband participated in the Fattire 40 and this was a highly convenient location compared to the remote locations we have stayed at previously. The house was perfect! Beau was highly responsive and accommodating.

Beau was a fantastic host! Always available to answer questions when needed. The home itself was well taken care of and fit our family well. We loved the backyard where we spent a good amount of our time in the evening.

Lovely home, close to everything

Property was wonderful and located within walking distance of food, beverage and shopping destinations.

The host was awesome and had great communication. We were bringing a new baby with us and I messaged prior to our visit, asking if the home had a rocking chair. Beau actually brought over a rocking chair and placed it in the bedroom for us so that we would have that available. I felt that he went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. He was available via text the entire weekend. We even had a silly question about the best Mexican restaurant and he responded within minutes, with 2 options - one within walking distance of the home. He checked after our first night's stay to make sure everything went well during our first night. The location was fantastic! Just a couple of blocks off of the main street. Coops pizza is a block away. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, and ice cream within walking distance. There is a great pond and park nearby. You honestly don't need to bring anything with your for your stay except your toothbrush and clothes - he even supplied shampoo. There were bottles of water in the fridge and a freshly filled Brita pitcher as well. Beau even gave us some local coffee, which my coffee drinkers said was amazing. There is a large washer, dryer, and laundry soap in the basement which came in very handy with the new baby. I cannot say enough good things about this location, the accomodations, or the host. Well done! We will definitely be back.

All of us just loved the house and the property, it’s been very well maintained. We had such a wonderful time together.The owners were very accommodating to any questions or for anything we needed.

Awesome property, and very welcoming host!!

This home was just two blocks from downtown. Walking to the local coffee shop, restaurants, bars, shopping, and more was an easy walk each day. One night we spent at the house swinging outside at the bar enjoying cocktails, playing the ring toss game, PIG at the basketball hoop, then a bag tourney to finish the night. It was really nice to just hangout in cozy clothes and enjoy time with family outside! Beau, the host, was awesome! He called before our stay and texted often when I had any questions. He was very friendly and accommodating. Everything about our stay was wonderful! Thank you Beau and family!

Cannot say enough amazing things about this place! Spacious, clean, and lots of amenities. We enjoyed hanging out in the backyard the most. Beau was amazing to work with. He called a day in advance just to say hello and see if we needed anything else. There’s a reason this place is booked all summer!

Our stay was great! Loved that we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us! This was our first stay in walking distance of a town and decided that we really liked that as it made it very convenient to grab a latte, do a little shopping at the cute little shops, and enjoy the fun food, wine, and cocktail places.

We had a wonderful stay here. The house was perfect for our girls weekend. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. Kitchen was fully stocked for cooking in. Great location to walk into town for shopping, bars/restaurants. House was spotless. Beau was a great host. He had local coffee and beer for us when we checked in which was a great touch. Would definitely stay at this house again. Would love to go back in the summer to enjoy the outdoor firepit/bar area. 5 stars.

Great location for a girls trip! Easy downtown walk and close to many hiking options. We had plenty of space with so many bedrooms and bathrooms. Great backyard. We would stay again!

Second time staying here and it was perfect space to host a family trip. Love that all bedrooms have their own bathroom and great outdoors area. Kid friendly and great communication with owner.

The house was perfect for our family/siblings. We each had a room with a bathroom. The location was great for walking to shopping, restaurants and bars. The backyard had plenty of parking space and a great area for lounging with a firepit. The neighborhood was quiet.

We loved this house! So many bathrooms, the outdoor space had plenty of seating (we spent a lot of time out there), and it was 2-3 blocks from downtown. I was afraid it would be noisy but it wasn’t. We said we would like to come back.

Wonderful place to stay with family or friends! The outdoor living space can’t be beat - those hammock seats are a big hit! Well laid out space with bathrooms en suite in almost every bedroom makes it ideal for a group stay. Host was incredibly welcoming and helpful - highly recommend!

We had a great stay and Beau and his family are great hosts. We loved the close proximity to the downtown area and the place was perfect for our extended family of ten. Beau went our of his way to ensure we were well taken care of and we appreciated everything about our stay.

There were 5 couples that stayed at Beau’s place and we had plenty of room! We were able to walk downtown Hayward to enjoy the shops, restaurants and bars. The backyard set was great for all of us to hang out and enjoy the beautiful weather. The place was clean, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Beau was very easy to communicate with too. If we are back in Hayward we will definitely stay here again!

Great Stay.........very clean and as advertised

Our group of 5 couples came to Hayward for some UTV riding. Beau was a fantastic host, he made sure everything was set up for us, he was able to change his schedule to come make us some homemade pizza cooked in his wood pizza cooker. His company & knowledge was appreciated, the pizza was superb. We all had a fabulous time. The 5 bedroom house with 5 bathroom was perfect for our group. We all had a wonderful tim. I’m sure we will be back. Thank you Beau!!

Beau is a great host, he popped in quickly at the beginning of our stay to make sure everything was OK and to show us where things were and to give us recommendations of places in the area. So many thoughtful extras were available like bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, games, etc which made the week even more fun. The house is very comfortable, LOVE that each bedroom has it's own bathroom. And you cannot beat the location, it's just 2 blocks from downtown. If we are ever in Hayward again we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
