I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and plenty of space for a family. Lots of screen porches to enjoy. Lighting needs some help. Missing lightbulbs or lack of lights in some of the bedrooms. Master closet has a dresser that the drawers just fall. Lots of rugs that move and trip on. Could be updated a bit.

Stayed Sep 6, 2025This house is beautiful and the location is just about perfect! The tower at the top provides a gorgeous view and you can see out to the ocean. You’re a 5 minute walk to the watercolor beach club and a 10 minute walk from Seaside. There is tons to do, with multiple Watercolor clubs, the beach, shopping, and more shopping and delicious restaurants if you walk to Seaside. The bikes also provide a great mode of transportation- you can even bike to Publix (about 10 minutes). The neighborhood is well kept and the house is well kept. There’s plenty of space so that, if you’re bringing a big group, everyone can still have their space. The only downside I found is that the wifi only works on the middle floor, which is only really an issue if multiple people are trying to work. However, we worked at the kitchen table & office and had no problems. The house is great. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Jun 21, 2025Minor issues were communicated via text with property management and all resolved quickly and painlessly. 4th FL needs WIFI extender. 3rd floor area with three twins was ok for sleeping for small kids only who are fine waking with the light but no bathroom and no door. Porches looked nicer in the pictures. the were darker in reality and not very comfortable without extra fans (which property management helpfully provided).

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent location. Conveniently located to everything. House does need freshening up a bit. Kitchen needs restocked with utensils, pots and pans, cutting board and coffee maker. Kitchen table needs deep cleaning (place mats stick to table). Upholstery on living room furniture is badly stained and needs replaced. Parking is an issue if you have more than 1 car or a golf cart.

Stayed Mar 16, 2025The house was set up perfectly for our family and friends. We have older kids in high school in college and they were all able to have their own personal space. Walking to the pool and beach was easy. The House needs to have more attention to the overall Cleaning. And there was no trash bags, paper towels, cleaning spray, or salt and pepper. Which would’ve been helpful just to get started on the first night. Overall was a perfect place for our spring break! Thanks for letting us stay. We do plan to come back!

Stayed Oct 17, 2024I’ve stayed in many homes in watercolor. This house, by far, was my absolute favorite one. Such a beautiful home so nicely decorated. More than plenty of room for 6 adults. Lots of nice places to read, relax and chat. I love the 4th floor tower room. Such a lovely place to have coffee awarchjng the sun rise!

It was a great layout for our two families traveling together. Kitchen was well appointed and everything was exactly as pictured and described. The property management company went above and beyond to address any issues we had during our stay. My only note for families with young children is that there is no bathroom accompanying the awesome tower bunk room on the third floor,instead you need to go to the second floor--not an issue for our age group. Fantastic location and would definitely rent again!

We had two families and the younger kids loved upstairs bunk room with outside views and into the great room! And we loved the top sun room with the ocean views and a special place to catch sunrise and sunsets. The location is perfect. We could walk down Myatic cobalt to the beach club or cafes, it was a quick bike ride or walk to the tennis courts, we walked to Seaside. And the screened-in back porch with the gas fireplace was perfect outdoor space to relax and enjoy the outside air. We’ll definitely try to get this house again next year! The management company was responsive and easy to deal with also... overall great experience.
