Outstanding property and home! We had our annual vacation trip here and the home was very accommodating for skiing at Angel Fire.

The location was absolutely beautiful on the golf course and good access to the highway.Beautiful views and wonderful fenced yard.

The house was huge, pet friendy, comfortable and we loved the sun room and deck. Having a fenced yard and access to the garage was huge for us.

The location of this house is amazing. Lots of wildlife from elk and deer to numerous species of birds. Lots of room to move around in the house and the back deck is great for coffee in the morning and just relaxing. We really enjoyed everything about it.

Wonderful pet friendly house. This is the 3rd time we have stayed here. We saw deer and elk daily from the deck.

Great place to see wildlife. Elk, deer,falcon, owls. The hummingbird feeder was a hit with the grandchildren. Up to ten birds at once ar the feeder

Very quiet and comfy home.Losts of wildlife and beautiful views.Close to everything. Plenty of room for family and friends.

The house met our needs. It had plenty of beds, bathrooms, and a well stocked kitchen. I thought it needed some outside maintenance. The master carpet needs to be replaced and some outside maintenance is needed on guttering.

Hostess Barb made sure we were set and comfortable. The home was a perfect fit for the family and our dog too! We had precious visits from wildlife & what a beautiful views no matter where you looked outside! Biking, hiking, a community playground close by, and a lot of 4th of July activities in the village. It was a blessed and great time!

Location was awesome (on the golf course, walk to facilities), host was super responsive and accommodating. House layout is great, open floor plan upstairs and a great deck.

Very nice and well equipped for our family of 10,except little short on silverware and coffee cups, but that was an easy adjustment

Cons 1) The kitchen is not sufficiently equipped for the number of guests staying at the house. The cookware is worn and too small. 2) The carpet in the living room area is worn and has stretched quite a bit. Pros 1) The area is beautiful. So very relaxing and we were fortunate to be there during a great time of year. 2) The house is very comfortable and the sunroom is glorious in the morning light. 3) The fenced backyard was PERFECT for our dogs and kids. They all spent a great deal of time in the yard and it was comforting to know they were safe in that space. 4) The small grocery, was much better than we anticipated. The few needs that we had once we were there were readily available. It is a very nice resource. 5) Barb was our point of contact prior to and during our stay. She ALWAYS responded to our queries in a very timely manner and did so professionally and courteously. SHE is a great asset.

Great golf, bike, and hike location. Great deck for visiting and grilling. Access from house to mountain bike trails. Appliances dated, but all worked.

We came to Angel Fire for my younger sister’s wedding and this house was perfect for us! We had plenty of space to get ready and to enjoy each other’s company. The house was very clean and gave us an at-home feeling. The only problem we ran into was the temperature of the home, especially upstairs. It was very warm and it didn’t seem like the air conditioner worked as the temperature stayed in the high 70s to low 80s our entire trip. Otherwise, this house was perfect and is definitely somewhere we’d consider staying again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Deer, elk and hummingbirds visited us daily. We booked the property based on location, its sunroom which offered both mountain and golf course views, and the fenced in yard which allowed our dogs room to romp. As others have mentioned, the property is a little dated and well used, but the sunroom and deck was where we spent our time and it was beautiful. The home appears to have had some recent water issues with trenches for new piping dug around the house, but really didn't impact our stay. Great place for large family gatherings or those traveling with pets. Would stay here again on a future visit.
