Stayed Aug 6, 2024I have rented from VRBO many times and this was a disaster. We were never given instructions to enter the unit and could not contact anyone. We arrived with kids and grandparents at 11:30 pm and could not get into the unit. VRBO was not helpful at the time and neither VRBO nor Novasol (the manager) will give me my money back. Novasol is scam - do NOT rent from them.
