5 bed/3.5 bath /south facing pool & spa/amazing Kidz Den/2 king suites/WOW!!

We loved our stay here. The house was spotless and had everything you could possibly want. Location is great for all Disney parks and lots of local amenities near by. The owners are very thoughtful and keen to make sure that we were happy. Would recommend and would stay here again.

After 3 failed attempts due to covid we were delighted to finally get away. Communication from Gill was excellent and property as described. It is the furthest out of Orlando I have stayed but this wasn't an issue with multiple routes available to theme parks and other attractions. Google maps is definately my friend now and saved a lot of time by rerouting to avoid jams on the I4 and other roads. Can't fault the villa at all, well kitted out, everything worked as it should. we had no need to speak to call on Gill or the property management company. Would definately consider this property again on future visits.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The neighbourhood was clean and quiet but well located for Disney World and shops, restaurants etc. If you avoided peak traffic times, it generally took us about 25 minutes to get to the Disney parks and about 20 minutes getting back. The house itself had everything we needed and quickly felt like a home away from home. We would recommend this.

The property is lovely and spacious. We only used three of the bedrooms and there was lots of room for five adults staying. The pool was lovely and warm as was the spa. The location is lovely and quiet after a hectic day at the parks and there are some nice restaurants nearby. Gill was excellent with communication and always quick to respond and Gary was wonderful with tips and local information as well as being quick to assist when we had an issue with the spa, which he resolved swiftly. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area.

What a beautiful home, it had absolutely everything you needed. We couldn’t be happier with our stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need. Thank you to Gill (who was very easily contacted), we appreciate your help with the minor issue with the AC upstairs. We would definitely highly recommend this home.

The property was exactly as described and the pictures didn't do justice for the room. Both master bedrooms were oversized and spacious. The downstairs master has a 4-panel patio door leading out to the pool which was beautiful to wake up to. There is a bathroom directly across from the pool access door which is incredibly convenient. The light switches are all labeled so the stay is stress free you know where all the lights and fan switches are located (great idea). Gill was great to communicate with and had quick responses. The home is beautiful and well kept. Our family highly recommends and hopes to visit again. Thank You!!!!

Owner was great always responded even mailed a forgotten item back to my brother free of charge to Arizona, house was huge and amazing just like listing, only problem we saw the cleaning company they used sucks we found hairs on the sinks and showers kinda nasty, the floor was dirty and all the towels were wet and smelled, so had to buy detergent and re wash them all. But overall was great experience I just hope they find a better cleaning company.

Great property very clean

We had a great time. The home was large enough for all of us. Ample linens for everyone. Just wish the weather would have been better to fully enjoy the beautiful patio.

We've rented several homes in the area and this is by far the nicest. Quiet neighborhood and not too far from WDW.
