The space
Located in the Moonridge area of Big Bear Lake, less than one mile to Bear Mountain Ski Resort and the Golf Course. The home offers two stories with a outdoor Jacuzzi, game room with a pool table, 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, outside decking & seating, 5 large flat screen TV's, Wireless Internet and a beautiful Kitchen with marble counters, stainless steel appliances and a double wide fridge! The Dining Room is attached to Kitchen offering a dining table to seat 8 guests with the Kitchen bar-top to seat an additional 4-5 guests, and a large flat screen TV. Also attached is the Game Room with a full size pool table, stereo and a large flat screen TV. The Living Room offers sliding glass door access to the back yard, a wood burning fireplace and a large flat screen TV. There are two master suites, one on each level, each with a private bath and small deck or balcony. The 1st Bedroom is on the lower level with a Queen bed, flat screen TV and private bath with a bathtub, 2nd Bedroom is on the upper level with a King bed, flat screen TV and a private bathroom with a bathtub, 3rd Bedroom is on the upper level offering a Twin over Double bunk bed, 4th Bedroom is on the upper level with 2 Twin beds, 5th Bedroom is on the upper level with a Queen bed. There is a full bathroom on both the upper and lower levels that can be shared by all. There is also two queen size air mattresses that can be placed anywhere desired. The laundry room has a washer and dryer. On the back deck you will find a charcoal BBQ. In the summer months we have a volleyball net and miniature golf area. The parking is a bit tight but there is room for a total of 5 cars or 4 SUV's in the driveway. Our Home accommodates up to 12 guests. Linen and towels are provided. The home will be professionally cleaned before your arrival.

Please Note: There is NOT room for 5 SUV's in the driveway, and there is no street parking allowed anywhere near the home. There is parking available for 5 regular size cars.... or 4 large size cars(SUV's).
