Stayed Nov 7, 2025Good place to stay if you are doing something in Indy. Entertainment area in garage is really nice for adults and teens. Having only two bathrooms in the house makes it somewhat challenging for large groups.

Stayed Jun 13, 2025Everyone in the group enjoyed their stay very much. One of my favorite parts was the high pressure of the water in the showers! The only small thing I noticed is noise traveled pretty easily through the house. So, if some went to bed before others, even with the door closed, you could still hear them in the living room.

Stayed May 9, 2025We had a great stay at this property. We were in town for Butler University graduation, and this house worked out very well for our family to gather and celebrate. We easily fit all 10 of us around the big kitchen table!

Stayed Apr 25, 2025We had a wonderful time. Everything was very nice. We have a few suggestions for you in your listing. You might want to let them know that it’s not wheelchair accessible. There are a lot of steep stairs. In the upstairs bathroom, you might want to put a rubber mat inside the tub and maybe possible a grab bar. We appreciate your renting to us. Would stay again.

Stayed Mar 20, 2025Baby gate was great!,but need outlet covers. Hague Road is very busy,noisy, especially if there are police/fire sirens so need to bring noise cancelling machines for toddlers,infants. Gas grill was dirty,and no brush to clean it. Both propane tanks were empty. Our host did respond quickly about the propane,but we decided not to grill.
