4th Row, Close to Beach and Coligny, 2 Masters, Private Pool/Hot Tub

Everything about this house was perfect for our group of 13! This large house was spacious and gave our rmulti-generational group room to spread out. There was plenty of comfortable seating in the living room, on the decks, and around the pool area. I especially enjoyed my early morning coffee sitting amidst the trees on the deck or in the sunroom.One of the many things that impressed us about the house was that it was extremely well supplied--lots of coffee cups, glasses, dishes, towels, pots and pans, as well as a large supply of beach paraphernalia and games. The heated pool and the hot tub were huge hits with young and old alike, especially after the weather turned chilly. Both the pool and the spa were very clean and clearly maintained throughout the year.

The house was great! We had 4 generations of our family there. The pool and hot tub were awesome and the center of attention. The beach was right around the corner. And our host D’Ette was super accommodating. We would definitely love to come back! Dan D.

Perfect spot for our extended family of 15. Right around the corner from beach access. Beach is much less crowded than up near Coligny plaza. Would stay here again!

Wonderful house, great location, very spacious.

This house is perfect for our family. We've stayed here twice and hope to come back again.

This clean, well-kept house with its location so close to a fabulous beach is a house we hope to obtain for a future return. There were plenty of bathroom towels, a convenient 2nd floor laundry area, lots of dishes/glassware, 2 dishwashers, and the large pool and mini whirlpool were favorites for kids and adults. A large kitchen and dining area is a requirement and the open sun room area was a plus.

Very spacious house located 1-1/2 blocks from beach and 1/2 mile from Coligny. Plenty of bedrooms and living area for our 11 person group of family members. Kitchen had plenty of supplies and grandkids loved pool and hot tub. There was also plenty of pool toys, kids beach chairs and games for the house. Had a few hiccups during the week with the facilities that the house owner responded to quickly and resolved. Fun family week.

Convenient house with plenty of bedrooms, reasonable walk from places to eat and beach. Good downstairs set up with hot tub facing TV, only knock is the heat in the pool/hot tub was late to turn on but once operational worked well. Appreciated the variety of games provided (cornhole, ping pong, pickleball, etc.).

Great clean house, plenty of bedrooms and lawn games. D’Ette is a Great host and very responsive to our needs and questions.

The house was, on the whole, Fine.There were some shortcomings:Mold in the fridge. Second fridge and Bar icemaker were out of order. Second oven did not operate, which would have made Thanksgiving dinner (for 15 people) a lot easier. Also issues with the plumbing in both master suites. Several dining room chairs are wobbly and need repair. The hot tub and pool worked great!

D'Ette was very responsive to our questions upon check in. Overall, the house was plenty spacious for our family of 12 and the location is ideal to the proximity of the beach. The only feedback we have is the quality of towels/washcloths the cleaning company provides. They're cheap hotel grade at best. Expected better with the per night price. Not sure if the owner has any say so in the type of towels the cleaning company provides. Also, the property had no pool towels so we had to do laundry constantly to have enough towels for the pool and showers. D'Ette stated we could have rented them - again, the price per night should have included them, in our opinion.

House was perfect for a group of guys golfing all weekend. Really enjoyed our stay!

We had a group of 16 people, ages 3-70 years old. The house was very spacious with plenty of seating for meals and just relaxing inside and outside. Super easy walk to the beach and convenient location to grocery store and shops. outsibeachComfortabWpreparimekitchen

Met all our expectations!

This home was perfect for our family of 8 adults and 8 children, ages 3-7. Lots of space, open living area, great pool with tv area, close to the beach, chairs & cart to use for the beach, fully stocked kitchen, and very responsive & helpful host. My only regret is not booking early enough for next summer.

We had a wonderful time here! Close to the beach, pool was great, enough seating for everyone when watching a movie in the living room or playing a game around the dining room table. Communication with the owner was easy and responses were very quick. We would definitely stay here again next time we are in Hilton Head.
