This house was so perfect for our large family! It is steps from the beach, and you wake up to a view of the ocean everyday! Also steps from the shops of Rosemary Beach which is super convenient. The house was equipped with everything we needed (including kid-friendly cups and plates!). The pool was perfectly heated, and catches shade in the afternoon which is perfect after a warm day at the beach. The hosts were very responsive. Highly recommend this property!

After Dune Delight far exceeded our expectations! The host was amazing to work with and everything was absolutely perfect! The house is a one-of-a-kind gem to stay in, from the private pool to the private beach. Not to mention the incredible sleeping porch where we spent hours visiting with dear friends. The home's decor in each room is well thought-out, pristine and special. Coffee on the 3rd floor balcony is not to be missed here. We will certainly be back! Thank you for having us!

We rented this house for our 49th birthday celebration - 8 women. The location is perfect, lots of space in the house, great Gulf views, and super clean! The ice maker was a huge bonus. All beach rentals should have them, but very few do! Host was great to work with too! We will be renting it again next year!

We had a fabulous stay at After Dune Delight! The property manager was excellent with communication. The listing accurately depicts the home. We traveled with our two adult children and there was ample space, comfortable beds…the house was so comfortable and inviting. It was steps from the beach and the gated community was quiet and secure. It was easy to walk to Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach restaurants and shops. We loved the property and hope to visit again!

PERFECTION. 10 plus, plus, plus! It's our second time renting this gorgeous home and we’ll be back again if the owners will have us. You really have to see this home to believe it. Its location in a small gated community is perfect and you can quickly and easily walk to so many restaurants and shops. The beautiful private beach is literally about 35 steps away. The owners and property manager are accessible (if you have any questions), they’re so kind an accommodating and they make the rental process a breeze. We love your home, and we love Rosemary Beach. Everything went off without a hitch! We'd definitely come back.

We just returned from 7 nights at After Dune Delight and had an amazing time! We traveled with two adult (mid 20's) children and their significant others along with a 17 you, 14 yo, and 11 yo. The adults took the masters. The 17 yo took another room. And we still had two open bunks. The home is immaculate and our host, De Lyons, was extremely helpful and accommodating. This property is an extremely short walk to the beach. The location could not have been better as we either biked or walked to shopping and restaurants. The private pool was perfect for afternoon and late-night dips or as a break from the sand for some of the kids. All of the beds were extremely comfortable, the indoor and outdoor living spaces were clean and very well decorated. There are a couple of balconies and a bonus sleeping porch that was a great place to hang out with the family during an afternoon rain shower. The only change I would make to this property is to add a gas grill. All though I love charcoal and smoking meals on occasion, the convenience of a gas grill would have made grilling at home much easier. We will definitely be back! Seriously, we mauled over a lot of different options and could not have found a better place!

We had an excellent stay at ADD with our family of 9. The home was spacious and perfect for our family with 6 adults and 3 children. The proximity to the beach and the town was the best part as we enjoyed exploring the town everyday and making multiple trips to the beach during the day. De was excellent with communications and the home came with clear instructions that were helpful. We look forward to coming back for another stay at ADD in the future.

The property was very convenient to downtown Rosemary Beach. The decoration and furniture was spectacular. Highly recommend this property for anyone staying in the area.

We were in Rosemary for a wedding. What an amazing house! We had lots of events but always looked forward to coming back to the house. Perfect location. Wish we could have stayed longer!There are no beach towels or toys so just know when packing. Also, there was no dishwasher soap or detergent, so add that to your grocery list. We would definitely stay here again! Beautiful home!Communication was great with property manager. We appreciated that!

Perfect Quiet Beach House. Short walk to the beach. Heated pool was nice in early March since the ocean was still a bit too cold. My large family slept comfortably with all the large rooms. Walking distance to shops and restaurants also made it a plus. Would recommend. Private beach with chairs and umbrella set out daily a nice touch. Sand was the softest I’ve felt! 5-stars

We have been coming to 30A for years and this was by far one of my favorite houses we have stayed in. Not only is it perfectly well kept and clean but the property manager is so easy to work with and so kind. We have four small children and it felt like home the entire time. The entire experience was 10/10 and we are so thankful we came across this house!

We spent Christmas at this beautiful home. It has a great layout - perfect for spending quality time with our extended family. And the location is awesome!!

This is our 2nd stay in this property. It is spacious, beautifully appointed, comfortable, and just a moments trek to the beach. The beds are very comfortable and that’s no small consideration at the end of a busy day. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals for our crowd. Love the ice machine! When we had any questions the property manager, De, responded quickly and most helpfully. We made many happy family memories in this beautiful, secure home. Storms from Hurricane Helene were pounding the house one night, but the house is built like a fortress so we all slept soundly. We were on the edge of the storm, so not directly hit, but it was a big deal to feel safe in the face of gale winds. We are so grateful to stay in this home and look forward to returning.

This was probably the best rental house we have ever stayed in! It felt like we were staying at a home rather than a rental. For being a beach house, it was very homey and well kept. Everything was clean and there was plenty of space. The walking distance to the beautiful beach and food/shops was key for travelling with ypung kids. We will definitely be back!

“Greatest trip ever”, these were my daughter’s words on the way back home. This Vacation Hope is even nicer than described, and nicer than all the 5 star reviews. It’s truly breathtakingly beautiful, well designed and appointed, spacious and even had a chilled pool, which I didn’t notice on any of the descriptions. The home is about 50 yards from the gorgeous beach and came with an umbrella and two chairs ready from about 8:00 am to 5:00 pm first row on the beach. Renting bikes was about a 5 minute walk, as well as getting to all the shops and great restaurants. We had groceries delivered ahead of time and the property manager was kind enough to let them in to put the groceries away for us. We stayed only 4 nights but it was just perfect for us. Owners/property manager was extremely easy to work with and did whatever necessary to ensure we had a great time. 5+ stars all the way!
