Top notch. Issue with the voice on the tv. The sound bar was not working. Once we disconnected the SB we had no issues. The place is in great shape.

We have stayed in this room twice now. Its in a great location between town & the ski resort.

So let’s start with the positive. The room itself was cozy as shown in the pics. The bed was nice and comfortable. The couches were comfortable and the pull out couch was convenient. Lighting, plumbing, and appliances worked as intended so no complaints there.On to the not so nice parts of our stay… there was a bit of an overnight noise disturbance every night of our stay. The neighbor above us walked around A LOT and made noise (loud TV, etc.) about 11/11:30pm and into midnight every night. Apparently the floors are quite thin because we heard every step and noise clearly. They were also up pretty early, about 5/5:30 some days, making the same noise. So needless to say, we didn’t sleep too well. What’s crazy is the Check-In instructions say 10pm - 7am is quiet time. Do the neighbors know that??Second inconvenience was the absence of some standard amenities. There was a drip coffee machine but no Keurig. Just about every rental place nowadays (home & hotel) has a Keurig machine because they’re easy and quick, especially while traveling and most people travel with their own K-Cups for that reason. Also, there was no ice or even ice trays for that matter since the ice maker in the freezer looked out of order. Had to go down to the local Walmart & buy ourselves a Keurig machine and ice trays.Overall, can’t say I’d recommend or even stay here again, mostly due to the overnight noise disturbance.

No birdseed was put in the bird feeders. Discovered dish soap mess on floor of cabinet under kitchen sink - dish soap container was not properly closed, and left turned on side. Leaked soap on floor of cabinet and made large mess that needed to be cleaned up.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at the 4th Hole Hideaway. The place was clean, cozy and comfortable. Check-in was easy. We cannot wait to come back and stay again!!! Cannot recommend this place enough!

We enjoyed the balcony, the privacy, and the comfortable atmosphere. The clean unit had everything we needed, including comfortable furniture and plenty of towels. It was perfect for exploring the Durango area. We really enjoyed watching the birds while having our morning coffee on the balcony.

Great place to stay- whole resort is amazing! If you are a golfer it’s a must do! Close to Durango for other activities!!

It was quiet and peaceful. A great location to serve as home base from where we ventured out to hike, bike, kayak and site see.We ended each evening with a good soak in the hot tub at the club house Both nights we were the only ones using the outside pool and hot tub. It was wonderful for a birthday weekend and a Memorial Day celebration.

Such a awesome spot and we loved the golf course. Great service and food. We saw a Brown Bear real close while sitting on the grass by our condo. That was a suprise! We love the Glacier area we continue to vacay there..highly recommend this area. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Only thing i can fault is they need to refresh sleeping pillows.

This was my family’s first trip to the area. The space at the rental property was perfect for us—spacious, thoughtfully appointed, and very peaceful. It was an added bonus to have a playground and multiple restaurants on-site. When we come back to Durango, we’d love to stay here again!

This time the maids had not cleaned the coffee filter, or under the cushions on the sofa's, which had pills, cheeto's, etc. Other than that it was clean. Could use stronger lighting in living room.

Overall a nice place to stay and fantastic views. Due to our stay being early in the week, the on site restaurants were limited to one. So we had to head to Durango (20 min) for eating. Only complaint was the dog odor that lingered despite opening up for ventilation. A little surprising considering we had to attest to not having any animals with us upon check in.

This prperty is small but was just perfect fpr us. We've already requested it for next year
