Stayed Sep 4, 2025A wonderful home!! The house was outfitted with all kind of amenities. Meticulously maintained home ; very clean. Plenty of room for the entire family. The fenced in yard was great for the kids and short walk to Kyle field ! We hope to be able rent again next football season !

The ease of getting in and out of the home was great and it was so nice that everyone had their own bedrooms and bathrooms. The home was clean and well appointed with everything we needed. Stayed Dec 15, 2024Our family just spent nine days at this wonderful house for an early Christmas celebration. The house was perfect for our group which was myself husband two kids and their significant others. We each had our own en suite bathroom, the kitchen was fully stocked, and we cooked most meals at home, the outdoor fire pit was fun for s’mores and hanging out at night, and we were able to bring our golden retriever with us instead of boarding him. The location is perfect for getting around to any part of town and we will definitely be booking this for any future stays.

Stayed Aug 30, 2024Great house! Perfect location for campus events. Hosts were easy to work with, and everything was as expected. Backyard was a mess and hadn't been mowed in a while. So if you want to use the grass yard, you may want to mention that beforehand, but it didn't affect our visit much.

We were super close to the rehearsal dinner, his home, and loads of Aggieland delights. If you want a place that is perfect for attending all the TAMU events, this is the one for you!
