The host, Ria, was very accommodating and communicated well. The place was clean and everything was working well.

Wonderful host. Very timely in responses. She checked on us during the stay to make sure everything was going well and we were enjoying our time. The condo was so nicely kept and pictures were right on point! The resort is beautiful and conveniently located to Disney and other attractions! We hope to be back next year!!

The property was very clean well equipped for our family vacation. Plenty of room for 2 teens, 5 adults and 1 baby. Very great communication with the host and the property manager to address all our questions before and during our stay!

The whole family loved this property. My two kids loved their rooms and the resort pool with the lazy river. It was clean and relaxing. Every morning we were able to sit on the back porch and enjoy our coffee. Checkin was a little rough, but nothing that would keep us from staying again. The owner of the unit was so nice and accommodating before we even got there. Answered any questions we had in a timely matter. Definitely a 11/10 in my book!

Love the house and its owner. Owners very helpful. Not crazy about all the extra resorts fees, because there was only 3 days out of 7 that we were there to enjoy them. Nice lazy river.

We had an excellent vacation and really enjoyed our stay at the resort. Our property and home well excellent and well maintained. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. The resort was excellent and pool area was fantastic. A great spot for kids and families. I would highly recommend this host.

Stayed here for a trip to theme parks. Traffic to and from was ridiculous but this property and pool area were just what we hoped for. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately Hurricane Milton cancelled our trip. Ria was awesome and refunded us and stayed in contact weeks leading up to our stay. We will be back!! Awesome Host!!!

Fantastic property and resort. Easy to find and very close to all the Disney parks. The property is spacious (we’re a family of 5 with 3 kids), vey clean and equipped with everything you’ll need. Pool and bar area are great for relaxing. The owner is also very responsive to questions and provides lots of useful information on the resorts and local directions. We would highly recommend to anyone.

We had a great time. We visited family my grand kids love the toys and room upstairs. It very clean and safe environment. We love it.

We were visiting Orlando for my grandson's birthday. The place was very clean with lots of extra family associated amenities. Will definitely stay again in the future!!!

The accommodations were great, easy access to local parks. Pool area was great with a slide, lazy river, hot tub and cool pool. Owner Ria was very communicative and we didn’t have any issues while staying at the property. Kitchen had everything you need and it was nice to have a washer and dryer available in the unit. Aldi and Publix as well as Dollar Tree are close by. Would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Amazing place to stay! The owner is very responsive and provides detailed info on how to enjoy your stay. We did have one issue pop up that was taken care of very quickly with very fast follow up. Book confidently here! Close to theme parks and restaurants. Pool and amenities are amazing! Gives you a break from going to the parks. Very clean and roomy for the entire family!

My son's baseball team travels to Florida every summer for a tournament. This year the team's families all booked houses at Regal Palms. The house and resort were perfect for our stay. The house was clean and in great condition. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything needed for cooking meals (better than all VRBO properties we have rented). The pool area is a short walk from the house and was perfect for the team to relax between games. Security inside the resort community seemed good and we felt safe, but the area outside the resort a few blocks away seemed a bit sketchy after dark. There is a supermarket and multiple restaurants close to the resort. We enjoyed our visit and would rent this property again.
