Great location, plenty of beds, clean, and as good a value as you'll find that close to beach.

I appreciate that the property manager was responsive to our issues, and agreed to a full refund due to the condition of the property, as well as the extenuating circumstances of an adjoining renter’s barking dog. Once this unit is renovated, it will be a great option for anyone wanting to be in close proximity to the beach (not beachfront).

We had a wonderful stay spending time with family celebrating our Aunts 90th birthday. Location is great.

Overall, the location is great. Close to local restaurants and shopping areas. The apartment complex was nice and had all the necessary equipment for dining in. I would recommend this property to friends and family.

This property met all of our needs!! Having 2 beds in both of the upstairs bedrooms, plus the bonus twin bed was perfect!! Great location! Deck is great place to drink coffee!

Very clean. Smelled great. Plenty of beds. Nice quiet neighborhood. We had everything we needed. We walked everywhere. The Dive Bar for karaoke and pool, Felix’s for food, and the beach. The host was awesome and attentive. Thank you for helping to make our girls trip special.

Our family met in Gulfport for a weekend get-a-away. To our surprise, it truly was a prime location.

We had a great time! Communication with host was easy and the townhouse was clean and comfortable.

The property did not relate to the photos. The couch was really dirty and worn. The inside of the property had a sewage odor. There was no hot water in the upstairs shower.

I sat at picnic table bench and out of no where it broke causing me to fall and get hurt, we text the property owner with issue and they showed zero concern for me and the fact that I’m hurting they only sent a repair man over to repair the bench which was just as bad and not level if your going to book this place I recommend that you look elsewhere. There was a nice gentleman that came by bringing us donuts and beer and wine even offered to pay us $100 for a dozen of our farm fresh eggs at that point I knew he was just trying to buy us off. He offered to book us at a different location for a different week after he left we never heard from him again. Huge disappointment I still need to go to dr and get checked out because I’m still in pain

Check in was very easy. The house was clean and would could tell had been sanitized. We were only there for a night with 7 adults for a nursing conference. We did not use any ameneties. The only issue we had was the 4th bedroom was a twin bed in the closet, of one of the bedrooms. it has a vent and cool just odd setup for adults. Facility had plently of parking and easy to find. The porch had a picnic table with an umbrella with a view of the beach. Would stay again,

My daughter has stage 4 metastatic breast cancer and wanted to have a family vacation at the gulf! Thank you Tim for helping make her wish come true! Our family of 10 had the best time ever. Only complaint would be to please take off your listing that there is a pool. It is a public pay pool Other than than that we loved your condo and the entire trip!!!

Enjoyed the house,the beach and good food.
