Lovely well apportioned home. Fit our large family needs perfectly. Loved the beach access being so close.

This is a really nice and comfortable place to stay. Three houses down from the beach access. The garage is set up for using as an outdoor space, table chairs and BBQ. The upstairs and downstairs have their own kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and lounge (ground level is smaller) so it's easy to have plenty of space for families to be together but yet separate. Lots of kitchen appliances, spices etc, so you're not coming in with nothing. Loved this place and would rent again!

Easy communication with the property manager. The house was spacious and updated. We love the little touches around the house as far as supplies, bedding pillows, blankets. Very comfortable house to stay in. Location is wonderful. Just a short walk to the public access and down to the beach. Beaches were nice in this area not overcrowded. All in all a really great place to stay.

Great location. Loved the property. My family and I really enjoyed our time here. I would recommend this to anyone interested in visiting Cayucos for an extended time. We would stay here again.

When we arrived on 12/27/24, we entered the home and it was infested with ants. They covered the kitchen, the counters, the floors in all rooms. Additionally there were ant traps on the floors and kitchen counters in plain view which is unsanitary. We couldn’t set our things down anywhere inside the home due to the amount of ants. We immediately contacted the host, who said she would have cleaners come on 12/29/24 and an exterminator. That was two days after our intended arrival date, so we had to call around at the last minute to find a hotel that would accommodate us. In addition to the ant infestation, there was food left in the kitchen. Thirdly, the main photo and another photo of the home in our booking misrepresented where we were staying. The photo depicted a part of the house that we had no access to. On the night of 12/27/24, once we settled into the hotel we had to book, we contacted the host again who said she would get cleaners to her rental the following day. Knowing the house had an infestation, and that it could NOT be corrected during the time we had booked the rental, we decided to request a refund and did so on 12/28/24 and were only offered 500 which didn't cover one night of hotel. Cleaners were there on 12/28/24 and we went back to the rental an hour after and there were more ants than before. VRBO nor the host offered a full refund and as of writing this, we have not received resolution or refund. Very poor service from VRBO and the host.

This house was perfect for my family. The kitchen was perfect to make my family a nice dinner with plenty of rooms for all of us to get a great nights sleep. It was very clean and had easy access to the beach. Lots of parking spaces on property. I will definitely book here again.
