4BR w/ Pool Table & Game Room, Near DT, Sleeps 11

We brought a workgroup to a local seminar. The home was clean, comfortable, and convenient. The owners communicated clearly and were easy to contact. The beds were extremely comfortable. Everyone had an excellent time. We would definitely stay here again.

The home needed cleaning but the host refunded our cleaning fee and promised a discount if we stay with them in the future. We needed a pot to cook soup in and they had one delivered for us to use. They were very responsive and accommodating. The beds were comfortable and it was a quiet area. We liked the games in the basement. The washer did ruin a jacket and some T-shirts which had splotches of color removed. We used our own detergent so we aren't sure what it was. We were in a safe area and could cook meals and sleep well. Overall the stay was good. Much better than a hotel! Thank you!!

Good trip. Clean welcoming home. Fast response time and was accommodating for the snow delay for travel.

Nice neighborhood near downtown. Big house easily accommodated our family reunion. Everything we needed was there. Kids enjoyed pool and ping pong table. We appreciated the car charger in garage.

Perfect location for our work trip. This was our second time at this property. Plenty of parking and located on a cul-de-sac.

The stay was wonderful. The hosts respond immediately when you have inquiries. Plenty of space for everyone to relax. Great backyard, shaded in mornings and wonderful patio seating. Bedding was clean, towels were good quality and clean. Game room downstairs was a hit for lots of ping pong, board games and other fun. Location 20-30 minutes from most activities.

The host was very responsive and accommodating. The property was as described and was super clean. I would recommend people to stay here.

From day one this has been the best booking I’ve had on this app. I need to extend my stay and they were extremely accommodating and pleasant. The air filter needed to be changed for the heat and they came the exact next day. House clean decorated nicely in a quiet culdesac

It was okay. The upstairs is freezing and there is no way to adjust the temperature in this house. Its hot downstairs but the upstairs is like an ice box. Maybe add a heated vent to the bathroom so showers arent so cold getting out. Need more towels for large groups. Also they do not provide toiletries

It was much nicer than expected for the cost snd a much better neighbkrhood than our last stat in Indy

It was just perfect! The location was really good (the street needs repaired tho...so you do you Indy). The house was perfect for our needs and close to food and downtown.

Nice beds. Lots of room in the rooms. Very clean. Good price. Would like more chairs on the main level in kitchen especially.
