Each townhome features open-concept living, a full kitchen stocked with cookware and bakeware, and a bright third-floor bonus area that opens to a balcony—great for gathering before a night out or relaxing after a day exploring Music City.

Across both homes you’ll find 8 total bedrooms, 6 full bathrooms, and 2 half baths. The third-floor bonus spaces in each home add flexible sleeping options, a wet bar with mini fridge, and access to a balcony with neighborhood and skyline views. You’ll have WiFi, a laptop-friendly workspace, and a private washer/dryer in each unit to keep your stay easy.

Important Things to Note

• This booking includes both sister units (Unit A and Unit B). For smaller groups, you may prefer to book a single unit.

• Stairs: Each home is three stories; stairs are required to access bedrooms and living spaces.

• Parking: Up to 4 vehicles—1 in each garage and 1 in each driveway directly in front of each garage. Do not block the shared driveway entrance or neighboring unit. Additional street parking may be available first-come, first-served.

• Security: Each townhome has one exterior camera over the front door monitoring the entrance, driveway, and street. No interior cameras.

• Laundry: Private washer and dryer in each unit.

• Kitchens: Cookware, bakeware, and utensils are provided.

• Pets: This home is not pet friendly. Additional cleaning fees may apply if evidence of a pet is found.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

    The place was fantastic, beautifully decorated, just a few minor issues. So much space! Comfortable beds. Just probably wouldn’t pick the exact location again. Not necessarily a bad neighborhood, but the train is close by and runs its horn all through the night.
