4BR Sandestin Villa: Golf Cart, Near Village & Golf!

Loved this property!! Great location, the house is beautiful and loved being able to get everywhere on the golf cart.

This property was perfect for our family. The bedrooms were nicely appointed and accommodated one family member that cannot do stairs perfectly. The master bedroom was a delight and could definitely be called a retreat to unwind from a fun filled day. It was everything we wanted in a home away from home.

Beautiful home in a wonderful neighborhood! So much to do and an easy golf cart ride to the beach. We plan to book it again in the near future! Don’t miss out.

Do not believe the negative review. This villa was excellent. 8 adults 42-50. Kitchen was equipped with everything you need for cooking and baking. The home was stocked with any and everything for a beach vacation. The bedrooms were clean and the bedding was extremely comfortable. As stated by another guest 1 golf cart is included with your stay. It would be nice if the additional cart was removed from the picture to avoid any issues when booking. We will definitely stay here again.

Only one golf cart included, the second was at a $95 cost. Also only 1 dishwasher soap, 1 washing machine pack, no extra towels, no extra toilet paper. You’ll need to buy quite a bit for a week stay.

The property is advertised as coming with two golf carts, but upon contacting the management company for the codes we were told the rental only included one golf cart. To contact the property management company via phone you have to hold 20 minutes+; then it was a 1/2 conversation, reading their own listing to them to finally receive the codes for both golf carts. The property is neglected: the unit was dirty (other peoples hair on the ground, yuck!), loose wires hanging from the tv, hole punched in the bathroom door, mold on the bathroom baseboards, air filter hasn't been changed, shower handle about to fall off, some of the electrical outlets are loose in the wall. It's not a kid safe unit. The property management company was indifferent to any concerns and we were told to have someone clean the unit the morning after we arrived (we got into the unit after 8PM) we would be charged. We have vacationed for years in Sandestin, but have never been more disappointed. Have Travel Memories has units on this same loop that are maintained properly. I would suggest renting from another management company and avoiding this specific unit altogether. It's not worth the price or frustration.

We loved the house. I normally don’t provide reviews, but because there wasn’t any on VRBO reviews, I wanted to make sure I left one so everyone knew what to expect. The house was great, very spacious and the pictures don’t do it justice. You could easily go on a vacation with family or adult friends. Bedrooms - The master is huge, very big - if you needed to bring a pack and play for little ones there is plenty of room with a walk in closet as well. The other two bedrooms upstairs have bathrooms inside the rooms allowing for privacy. Living spaces - very nice and comfortable. Kitchen had plenty of everything needed, living room even had lots of games for the family. Also was nice to have smart tvs to watch Netflix, etc. Golf carts are a super plus! We didn’t drive our cars all week. Drove up to the beach, drove to Baytown Wharf and even up to Publix. Super great feature to have 2. Driving take Baytown on the golf cart was less than 5 minutes. The beach depending on traffic could take 15 minutes on the cart, but pretty ride and fun! The only negative needback was really at the check in. The resort gave us the wrong door number, didn’t answer the phone so we had to go back up there and wait again. Then got back and they forgot to give us the codes for the golf cart keys. So we had to call, waited for the operator for 20 minutes that had to search for the golf cart codes. Luckily she was super helpful, and stayed on the phone until we got the boxes open and even made us make sure they worked! Vacation was great, we will definitely be back.
