    We had a great stay. 4 adult men - we each got our own room/bathroom.Convenient location to seeing concerts at Brooklyn Bowl venue, walking distance. Also walking distance to plenty of restaurants and a few local craft breweries. Kroger was close, we used the kitchen and it worked well for our needs. Garage was a plus as we rented a 7 series BMW.Host was communicative and prompt. No issues.

    AC did not work properly for 24 hours and my guests had to suffer in uncomfortable sleeping quarters! Behind the couches was filthy with trash. Mattresses had stains. Not enough blankets or towels for the amount of guests staying there. Missing or burnt out bulbs throughout the house.
