4BR Retreat w/Pool and BBQ

Nestled in a serene neighborhood just a short drive from the bustling Las Vegas Strip, this cozy four-bedroom home offers the perfect getaway for families. The fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep a breeze, while the inviting open living room sets the stage for memorable gatherings. Step outside to enjoy the refreshing outdoor pool and grill, ideal for summer barbecues. With garage parking and a peaceful atmosphere, this home is the perfect retreat for relaxation and quality time together.<br>Rule Violations – Breaking house rules (including exceeding occupancy, parking violations, pool misuse, illegal substances, or misuse of the property) may result in fines up to $1,000 and/or eviction.

Furniture – Please do not move large furniture (sofas, bed frames, etc.).

Guest Limitations – Only guests listed on the reservation may stay overnight. Day visitors are fine if occupancy limits are respected.

Pets – Pets are welcome, but keep them off furniture and rugs, clean up after them, and do not leave pets unattended if they may cause damage. Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage.

Thermostat – Do not set the A/C below 70°F (21°C) to prevent the unit from freezing.

Early Check-In / Late Check-Out – Request 48 hours in advance; subject to availability and a $75 fee. Unauthorized late checkout: $100 fee.

Smoking – No smoking inside. Evidence of smoking will result in a $500 cleaning fee.

Parties & Noise – No parties or events. Quiet hours start at 10 PM. A NoiseAware monitor and Ring cameras (front & back) are used for security. Violations may result in a $500 fine, eviction without refund, and additional cleaning/damage charges.

Camera Tampering – Do not unplug or tamper with Ring cameras. Violations may result in fines up to $500.

Damage / Missing Items – Guests are responsible for covering the full replacement cost, along with any additional expenses, for items that are damaged or missing.

Towels & Linens – Do not use towels for makeup or cleaning. Permanent stains count as damage.
