The place was very clean except for the orange quilt in one of the downstairs bedrooms. Also could smell pot from the adjacent townhome at times,

Worked great for 4 adult friends and a 20 yr old daughter tag along!! The rooms are nice, beds are comfortable. Furniture was accommodating.. Didn't love the dining chairs, as they are hard metal outdoor seating and were only 4 of them. For a house that sleeps 8, it would be nice to have additional dining room seating.

Was all we needed. The one thing I wish it had was ESPN I wanted to watch football

We were in town for a family wedding. We enjoyed staying in the home. There were 5 of us, everyone had their own space for sleeping but we could still hang out together during the day. Would love to stay here again.

This property is very clean. It accommodated our 6 people very well. My only suggestion would be more comfortable furniture for those of us that are a little older. Overall it was nice to have 4 bedrooms with one bedroom on the main floor for my parents so they didn't have to go up and down stairs. The laundry facilities were used and are in great shape. Easy to get to off of the highway and close to all the places we wanted to visit. Instructions and communication were excellent. Candi and Matt were great to work with. I took away one star due to the lack of a recliner or rocker. :)

We did two days of mountain biking in the area. All the trails are close by. Very bike friendly community. This place is very clean and comfortable, quiet neighborhood. Candi and Matt are excellent hosts.

Let me begin by emphasizing the cleanliness of this property. Tremendously clean. It felt like home. Wonderfully maintained. One of the main concerns my family has in renting VRBO’s is the clean factor. This location was the cleanest we have ever stayed in. Location was outstanding. My high school son had a tournament with games played all over the Fayetteville area and even into Missouri. This property had easy access to highways that minimized our travel times. Great access to convenience stores, grocery stores and restaurants as well. During down time my kids were able to swim at the neighborhood pool and play pickle ball. The staff at the pool were unbelievably friendly. My wife and I were able to take advantage of a couple of the hiking/walking trails as well for some morning exercise. If you are in this area I would highly recommend this property for your stay. We are very particular about our lodging and this met every need.

Our stay in Bella Vista was nice. The property was as described. Very modern and in a good location. My only suggestion would be to get more comfortable furniture. It seemed like all of the furniture was uncomfortable to sit in. Other than that, the property was clean, in good repair and exactly as advertised. We'd stay here again. Thanks for your hospitality.
