Stayed Jul 20, 2025Home is in a nice quiet neighborhood and short walking distance to beaches. Plenty of patios and lanais so that everyone could get their own space. Check-in was quick.

Stayed Apr 24, 2025My entire group was pleasantly surprised by how much room this property provided. Our only suggestion for improvement would be the lack of window coverings on the sliding glass doors in the bedrooms. The equipment that was provided for the beach was excellent too.

Stayed Dec 28, 2024The house was clean and communication with property manager was excellent. They do need blinds on bedroom windows or some kind of window covering. That was the only negative.

Stayed Nov 25, 2024The property is great. My wife and I went with our adult children and their grandparents. The rooms were all spacious and nice. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of seating for meals. It is a quick 5-minute walk towards Shipwreck beach for sunrise and you can walk about 10 minutes to the weather station on the southern point for sun set. We have stayed at 10 different VRBO's on Kauai and this is one of our favorites.

Stayed Oct 26, 2024Spacious and perfect for family and/or small groups. The house was clean, included a well equipped kitchen, easy check in, and lots of extras including beach equipment. Walking distance to beach and resort. The host was easy to communicate with and checked in throughout our stay. Hope to come back soon.

Stayed Aug 3, 2024We loved the location. There are walking paths to the beaches. The house was spacious for the eight of us. Beach accessories were in the garage. One suggestion I would like to make is installing window coverings in all of the downstairs bedrooms.
