Missoula, Montana
Whether you’re bringing your whole family to a Griz game or coming with friends for a concert at the Wilma, we’d love to host your group at our newly renovated 4 bedroom house just blocks from the University of Montana.
Bedrooms: There are three bedrooms with queen-sized beds and one bedroom with two twin beds. All five beds are true beds (no pullout sofas or futons) with plush hybrid mattress and fresh cotton linens. Each room is immaculately furnished with new, modern décor and local Montana touches.
Living room: Spacious room with ample seating and tons of natural light from the picture window facing our quiet tree-lined street in the heart of the University District. Watch your favorite shows on our new Roku-enabled 55” television or host game night using our burgeoning collection of board games.
Kitchen and dining room: Our kitchen is recently renovated and fully equipped with granite countertops, a brand new Frigidaire refrigerator and GE oven, stainless steel Cuisinart cookware, OXO kitchen utensils and complete sets of dinnerware, utensils and serving dishes. Our beautifully hand crafted antique dining table naturally seats 6, but easily extends to seat 8.
Other rooms: The house has two full bathrooms, both with subway tiled showers and one with a full cast iron tub. You are welcome to use the new washer/dryer in the basement, and there is high-speed wifi in the house. We share a driveway for off-street parking, though there is ample street parking and no permit is required.
Location: Our house is perfectly located just 3 blocks away from the University campus and within a 10 minute walk of the Roxy Theater, Big Dipper Ice Cream, Caffe Dolce, and Grizzly Grocery. It is a 15 minute walk to the Wilma and Caras Park and a 20 minute walk to the Missoula Art Museum, the Missoula Public Library, and the array of other restaurants and bars Downtown.
We are a relatively new listing, and we will be highly motivated to provide you with the best rental experience possible!
UPDATE: As of January 2022, the house now has central air in addition to central heating”
The house is close to the university and generally a good place to stay. Neighbors were super friendly when checking in and unloading. Would stay here again.
Had a great visit to Missoula and cozy stay at this cute house! Centrally located, walking distance to UM, downtown, coffee, etc. Stocked kitchen and baths. Plenty of space to spread out! Hope to visit again!
Great spot to stay at. Easy walk to campus for the football game. It was perfect
This house is not good for elderly people or people with medical issues. The stairs are step and hard to take suit cases up. There are no beds on the main floor. Defiantly not kid friendly. Location is good if you want to party with college kids but not if your trying to sleep.
Ideal location. Clean. Comfortable. Great stay for daughter's graduation.
Everything was exactly as described. Very quiet neighborhood east access to multiple venues. Came to escape the snow did not disappoint. Thank you,
Great Hospitality. Great communication with the property manager and very helpful! Good location to UM student and downtown. Spacious and comfortable.
The location of the house is so convenient! Short walk to campus & the football stadium - longer but easy walk to downtown / restaurants. The beds were SO comfy! We hope to be able to stay here on a future Missoula trip.
There was a mixup with our check in date and the property management group remedied the situation promptly and found accommodations for one night. The rest of our stay was amazing.
Wonderful on all levels!! House is excellent as is location.
Great location but bedroom bedrooms should have been acknowledged
This property was a great addition to our University of Montana football weekend. Short walk to campus and house was very accommodating. Nice and clean. Will stay here again!
All in all good. Couple of things to fix for your next visitors: oil door hinges because they really squeak upstairs, replace light bulb outside front door, we replaced tv remote batteries so be sure there are more extras. I think an extra lamp and maybe side tables in living room are needed. Just having the big overhead light doesn’t make the place very warm and cozy.
Such a cute property! Close to campus and downtown. We had a great trip
Stayed at this property with my family, including two elderly parents. It was very comfortable, clean and convenient. The location is great. Would stay again.
The neighborhood and location were great. The kitchen and size was fine for our group of 2 married couples and one single adult. The house is air conditioned, but the upstairs bedrooms were poorly ventilated in this system, and so the bedrooms got uncomfortably warm in during these summer evenings after highs in the 90’s all day. Fans were provided, but the windows were partially screened, so you could not take advantage of the cooler nights to cool that floor off. On the other hand, the basement BR’s were very cool and required blankets if you set the main floor thermostat to 69 (hoping to cool the upper bedrooms some) since the AC struggled to even keep that floor cool also. An upstairs bedroom closet has a very noxious odor (Pet urine, perhaps?). A baking soda box was placed in the closet, but that is not doing the trick. Needless to say, nights in that room were difficult. The house would be more comfortable in the cooler seasons.
House was clean and very functional with a well-equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms on second floor and two in basement level and beds were comfortable, and plenty of linens were provided. When the air conditioning was on, the main and upper levels were comfortable, but the basement was very cold. Without a bathroom or bedroom on the main floor I wouldn't recommend for guests with mobility challenges, but it worked great for us. We had no issues with the on-street parking, and could use the driveway and side door for loading and unloading. We loved the location and being able to walk to all the great restaurants, shops and entertainment resources Missoula has to offer.
The house is cute and well situated. It’s a bit more of a hike into town than we expected, but it’s a nice walk and very doable. Great neighborhood. Beds are very comfortable, plenty of towels and blankets in the house The two lower level bedrooms are actually in the basement which we weren’t clear on from the description. The rooms were bright so that helped, but they were pretty chilly when the AC was on to cool the upper floors.
Our stay was all we hoped for, and the property was excellent for location and amenities. I would stay here again.
