A great gathering spot for our family Thanksgiving get together. House was as advertised and well outfitted for cooking the big dinner. Quiet neighborhood close enough to the main shopping area. Very responsive host.

It was ok nothing to rave about. The host was very responsive. To me it needs some TLC lie new shower curtains they were gross and tile coming off in front of master shower could present a bad issue. I did notify them of all this and they were appreciative of us letting them know. Overpriced in my opinion for what it was. It was not terrible and it worked. It was clean a few Cobb webs. Kitchen is small if you are taking a big grp. It worked for the four of us. Driving up to it was a little disappointing but inside looked better. Beds are way too low to the ground. The fixture in master is cute but hangs too low.

Everything was great with our stay. One slight issue is the high water pressure in the master bathroom. The shower could just about peel paint at the pressure it is. An adjustable shower head would be a great addition.

This was a very clean and well appointed house. Very comfortable and great location and quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.

Convenient location to downtown Fredericksburg. Safe neighborhood to walk in evening. Very clean with all conveniences. Only one small issue. TV was somewhat difficult to set up. Had to look up UTube directions to access ROKU. Would be helpful to have explicit directions available when guests arrive.

Great location great for family and friends. House was nicely decorated and clean. Plenty of seating. Only complaints no Keurig or pods, no corkscrew, didn’t know about the beds being so low. I just had hip replaced was challenging to get up and down. Awesome Birthday would book again.

We truly had a wonderful stay! This home was perfect for our family! This home is beautiful, spacious and clean, and very close to Main Street! The kiddos had their spaces and so did we, and with a fenced in backyard, we felt comfortable both indoors and outdoors! We would definitely come back!!

We enjoyed our stay. It’s a nice house, but you walk in and see a light fixture with missing globes and lights. We did not go out to the whirlpool. The yard was not well kept. Pulling into the carport gives you a negative impression of the house. Weeds growing in gutters. The outside needs work to match the inside. Little, thin bath towels for 489 per night. Upgrade to match the price. You can tell a lot has been done. Finish making it a great place - mainly outside!

Despite some crazy changes at the last minute - 3 couples managed to get away from a long weekend. The house is open and inviting in a quiet section of Fredericksburg with easy access to downtown and the wineries. Open floorplan and large rooms make it easy for each couple to have their own room and be far enough apart that everyone will be able to sleep restfully. We had a wonderful time and will absolutely be back! Thank you

Absolutely fabulous property. Comfortable and convenient for all of our needs. The neighborhood is extremely quiet. The hot tub was a welcomed bonus. Short drive or good walk to all restaurants and attractions. Highly recommend. Host was great to work with and provided great communication.

This property was a wonderful stay for our family of 9 - from grandparents to grandkids and even the dogs! It’s extremely spacious; enough space when we are together and enough space when we need to wind down, individually. We throughly enjoyed our stay and would come back anytime!

Our second visit was relaxing and comfortable. The home is very clean and provides all the necessities. It’s in safe and quiet neighborhood, convenient to town. Communication with host is great. We will be back!

Close enough to walk to downtown Fredericksburg and big enough house for enjoying some family time! Only downside is one bedroom door opens out on a major street so watch little ones and pets very closely. Loved our time in this house! (:

This is a nice property, well located , pleasant stay…

We had a great visit here. The house was clean, the beds and pillows were comfortable, and we loved the backyard. The only reason I give it four stars instead of five was the hot tub wasn't working and it didn't get fixed until the day before we left. The property manager was communicative and apologetic though and got someone out as soon as was possible. Also, the half bath is located outside the house off the back driveway, which is odd so none of us used it, but it would have been nicer if it was inside the house. The only other issue is the coffee maker takes thirty minutes to make a full pot, so be patient in the morning. Other than those small issues, it was a great stay and we had a fun time.

Property was perfect. Pool table was great. Several of our company memebers stayed at the house and were very pleased with the experience. Thanks to the host for a perfect stay.

Overall very nice. Thankful the 10 who were coming dwindled down to seven. I was a bit worried where I was gonna put the other 2 without the futon. I guess the couch would have worked. Overall a very nice property. Thank you.

We had a nice stay here and would definitely rent again. Home was clean and spacious with comfortable furnishings and lots of seating. We were able to relax on the big sectional to watch tv, play board games at the large dining room table, and slept well in the huge primary bedroom. All the kitchen necessities provided and good quality too - not the junk that is often used at rentals. The neighborhood is nice, safe, and quiet. A quick drive to Main Street takes just a few minutes. The host is responsive and friendly, we never had any trouble reaching them. Super thankful they allowed our Great Danes, as they love to travel with us. The back yard area could use a little maintenance to the landscaping/trees and furnishings but nothing that really affected our stay. We would definitely recommend! Thank you!
