Well provisioned; very clean; new furnishings; kitchen very well equipped with all that we needed. Host Jeremy was easy to e-mail. I have stayed at Regal Palms for 13 years each MLK weekend and this was the best unit. Tom .

Had a fabulous stay at this property in Regal Palms. The hosts were so helpful, friendly and efficient. The villa was beautiful and clean, really comfortable and for our family of four (including 2 teenage boys), we had more than enough room. Literally nothing bad I can say about our stay, we all thoroughly enjoyed it, and hope to return in the future. Thank you so much :)

The location was perfect for going to the theme parks. Very comfortable and clean.

Easy check-in, clean & welcoming property, everything was available from the kitchen, laundry, bathrooms & bedrooms, and host communicated all information from booking confirmation to check-out instructions very well. My family enjoyed our stay. We highly recommend to future guests to stay here.

Property was nice, beds were comfortable but overall amenities were sparse.

The condo was clean and well equipped. The pool and lazy river were the highlights. Thankfully the pool wasn’t terribly far from the condo.

The condo as very comfortable and clean. Plenty of space and privacy for 3 adults and two teens. The kitchen was well furnished for our needs. The condo was also very conveniently located to restaurants and a really good grocery store. We enjoyed our stay.

Lovely property about 45 minutes (with traffic) from Universal Epic Universe. Plenty of room, spacious, well supplied kitchen, and had everything we needed for our stay. I especially liked the two master suites with adjoining full baths for the adults, and the bunk bed and queen rooms for the kids. Our days were full, so we werent able to take advantage of the pool area. Highly reccomend.

It was awesome! Large spacious house, just like the pictures! Very clean and close to the pool. Great appliances and cookware (just needs new cutting boards). Host is very generous with starter supplies compared to their places we have stayed. Easy drive to all the major parks. Suggest bringing your own tubes for the lazy river, have to buy them and they are expensive. They have an air pump to blow them up. Resort was nice, but beach towels were small and thin. Host was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

We (family of 9) stayed for a week during our trip to Disney and Universal. It was perfect distance between everything. Shopping, grocery, restaurants etc. clean, fun, safe.

The place was clean and comfortable. Perfect size for our family. The pool/lazy river was even better than we expected.

Property was as described and described a good base station for our Florida trip

20 years and never a bad day. A pool, lazy river, restaurant, bar, ice cream parlor, and game room all wrapped up inside this beautiful gated community. This is by far our favorite place to stay. 10 minute drive to Cracker Barrel, 25 minute drive to Disney, and 35 minutes to Universal. What more can you ask for.

Our stay at this townhouse was great. Perfect for families to enjoy. The townhouse was well equipped with all we needed. We stayed 26 days with different guests throughout our stay. All enjoyed the townhouse, the resort swimming area, and the Orlando Parks. We hope to return in the future!

We traveled with daughters family and little grandchildren, this house worked very well. My husband and I had the king size bedroom on main floor, and the rest shared the three bedrooms upstairs. Lots of steps for older folks, but I limited trips upstairs to basically just doing the laundry. A few simple issues that were addressed very quickly. This was a nice community with nice amenities that the littles enjoyed. Hope to stay here again.

Our stay was great, perfect space for my husband & I, our kids and the grandparents. Everything in this Condo was exactly as described as well as the resort. Owners are very responsive and easy to contact. We loved the resort pool and how Disney was just a short drive. I would highly recommend staying here!
