3br 2b Tropical Paradise HEATED POOL & Hot Tub 5min to the BEACH

Everything was very good, Grazina communicated with us all the time and helped us with the doubts we had.

Place was as pictured but pool was unusable as the heater was malfuncted according to the host so for entire stay the kids were unable to use the pool and the neighbor had a radio blaring between the fence most of our stay and often had people shining lights into the fenced area after dark but overall was easy to get to area beaches and places to eat. The house was roomy and looked like the pictures. Would give 5 stars if the pool was available to use as that is why we booked this house.

The property was just was photographed! Perfect amount of room for my extended family of eight. The outdoor area was absolutely great, we ended up spending a couple of days at the property instead of going to the beach!

Our family of 6 loved our stay in this Tropical Paradise! On our first night we a storm including hail popped up that left the internet down and outside pool area array. Garza quickly reached out to handle the internet and came by the next morning to clean up the mess outdoors. Her pool company also came to clean the pool. When I had simple questions, she responded quickly and was always pleasant. Her home is beautiful! and the pool plus courtyard is amazing! It had lots of room to spread out, cook outdoors, and enjoy family time. The beds were especially comfortable. We'll be back!!

Grazina was an incredible host! Her communication was top notch! The house is simply incredible and full of amenities and all of the little things that truly make a stay 5 star.

The house is absolutely amazing! Everything you need is there and location is close to everything. The owner was very quick to response and super helpful. The best place we have stayed at and we go different areas every year. Thank you for sharing your home and we hope to be back soon!

Our group of 8 had a great stay at this house. Super easy and short drive to beach. Pool and hot tub were awesome. Kitchen had everything we needed. The whole house was well equipped. Only thought is that large groups might want to bring a few extra towels. Thank you again!!!!!!

What a great stay! The host have put small touches everywhere and really thought of everything that you could needee while on vacation. From the beach amenities in the shed, sunscreen, extra sunglasses, unlimited kitchen supplies, kids activities and the unlimited recommendations on places to go in the area.

All of the prior 10 out of 10 ratings were accurate. House was clean, everything functioned well and the host was readily accessible with any questions. Our group enjoyed our experience and would come back again.

We enjoyed our stay in Seminole. The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood, and it is close to a lot of things-restaurants, beaches, the walking trail. It had everything we needed. Everyone, including our grandchildren, really enjoyed the heated pool. The large dining area was also a plus for us. Our host was very informative before we arrived with a whole brochure of information about the area and she was also very responsive to our questions and needs.Thank you for helping us have a very nice family vacation.

This was the perfect house for our family vacation. Four beautiful bedrooms for three adult children and three grands. The house and pool were immaculate, house had a great Florida “vibe” and we had all we needed. Grazina, home owner, was attentive to all our needs. She had pool floats ready for the kids and info for all we wanted for our vacation. I’ll be back!

House is amazing! Very clean and large. Plenty of room for all of us. Pool and outdoor seating was perfect for after swimming. Hot tub was so relaxing. Grazina was easy to contact, and replied quickly. Highly recommend!

The home is as pictured! Beds are super comfy, kitchen is fully equipped, pool and hot tub were cleaned weekly (we stayed a month) and the backyard was our regular hangout! Homeowner was so easy to communicate with and very responsive! Will definitely stay here again!

I cannot recommend this vacation home highly enough. The house is beautifully decorated and the host provided almost everything we needed for our beach vacation, including beach chairs, sunscreen , towels, toys, coolers, and even a beach wagon. It is close to several beaches but the pool and hot tub are also great if you decide to stay home.It was our first trip to Clearwater and Grazina made it a great experience!

Excellent spot for family time! The house is perfectly layed out for everyone to enjoy. We stayed at the house several mornings and had a full pool day! It was fantastic! The space is outstanding. Beds are comfy. Kitchen is fun to cook in and the grill tops it off. Amazing host. Grazina is responsive and kind. Check out was simple and easy.

We loved the house. The actual house was larger than what was shown in the pictures. The living rooms had a nice vibe to them. The pool and yard were fantastic. We loved the beds - they were well made and soft. The kitchen had a lovely selection of drink glasses and bar accessories. Most of all, the host was very easy to communicate with. Any questions we had regarding the house or checking/out were answered promptly. The trip was amazing, we loved the house, and we loved how easy it was to talk with the host. 10/10 would rent again.
