The Space:
This is a single family home that is 3 miles from the Isle of Palms beaches, Mount Pleasant Town Center shopping is nearby and downtown Charleston is about 8 miles down Route 17. We have 5-6 beach chairs for your use and beach towels as well. We also have a high chair and pack and play for your use. The backyard is fenced in for your kids and furry friends and there is a firepit with seating. Our kitchen is well stocked to enjoy meals at home and we also provide a gas grill. In addition to all the activities the area has to offer, you can also just enjoy hanging out on the front balcony, front porch or back screened in porch. Looking forward to your stay.
We provide starter supplies for your stay to include a small shampoo, conditioner and body wash per person, 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 dishwasher tabs, small bottle of dish soap, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 spare trash bag, 2 packs of coffee and a handful of small creamers. After these initial supplies run out, we do not offer additional supplies. There are several convenience stores and grocery stores in the area for your convenience.

No parties and events are allowed at this property.
No smoking is allowed. Violators will be fined for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is only permitted outside of the property at least 10 feet away please.
Pet policy: We do allow dogs at our properties (sorry, no cats, due to allergies). MAXIMUM OF 2 DOGS. The pet fee is $125 per pet, per stay, and is nonrefundable. Please let us know at the time of booking if you plan to bring pets. Paperwork must be provided for all service animals. Please crate dogs when leaving the property. Please do not allow dogs on furniture, in beds, bedding or sheets. Our pet fee reimburses our cleaning expenses for additional time required to eliminate all pet hair and pet odors upon your departure. Please ensure your pet is up to date on flea medication and all vaccinations.
Please note that COVID-related cancellations are no longer honored. If a positive COVID diagnosis or exposure to COVID prohibits or alters the guest (or any individuals in the guest's group) from traveling to the property, the standard cancellation policy will remain in force. Should a guest choose to cancel their reservation under these circumstances, a refund will not be issued, and we shall have no liability with respect to the reservation.
Extenuating Circumstances Hurricane Policy: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued by the Governor during the dates of your stay specifically for the county in which the property is located, the extenuating circumstances policy will be in effect, and we will refund any deposits or payments paid by the guest. We shall have no additional liability concerning the reservation. However, if a Mandatory Evacuation Order is NOT issued, then THE STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY WILL REMAIN IN EFFECT SHOULD THE GUEST CHOOSE TO CANCEL THEIR RESERVATION. If inclement weather in any other part of the country or world during the dates of stay prohibits or alters the guest (or any individuals in the guest's group) from traveling to the property, a refund will not be issued, and we shall have no liability with respect to the reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly recommend guests purchase travel insurance.

Very nice, completely updated property in a quiet neighborhood. We traveled with a dog so the main level bedroom with back door access to a fenced yard was great for us. Would rent this property again.
Fun property. Decor is up to date. Furniture is great. Beds are comfortable. Extremely clean and well maintained. Great location!

The VRBO was amazing. Beautiful interior. Big back yard with fire pit and BBQ grill. Didnโt take us more than 20 minutes to get anywhere. Itโs more than advertised. Will definitely stay there again.
We had a blast! My bridal party was able to rest, get their makeup and hair done and get dress for the wedding. They even took pictures with my photographer. If youโre getting married in Mount Pleasant and need a place to stay use this property. Itโs also close to the beach. If I didnโt live in Charleston I would use this property again just for the beach.
Good location in mount pleasant for the things that we had planned over the weekend. House was very clean and had everything we needed for the weekend. Would recommend and would stay again. Thanks!
Spacious place, very cutely decorated. Great backyard space especially if youโre bringing pets or kids. I will say the cleaning crew before us dropped the ball - damp towels were left in the dryer, dishes left in dishwasher, and a ton of trash was left behind in areas like under couches and beds (we probably wouldnโt have noticed the trash piece because it was hidden but our dog went exploring) - we were really disappointed with that but management was super responsive and agreed it was unacceptable and made it right. Also, highly recommend bringing your own hangers and garment boxes/containers - there is no dresser in the primary bedroom (there isnโt space for that given the king bed), but there is also just one small shelf. Had to hang a bunch of things like tshirts I wouldnโt normally so we ran out of hangers (we borrowed some from other bedrooms too). We were told for things like undergarments to just leave in our suitcaseโฆ except there isnโt room for a suitcase in the bedroom either without blocking a door, the closet or the bathroomโฆ. So all those things were stored down the hall in our suitcases in another bedroom. So didnโt really get to unpack/ settle in- so thatโs a huge bummer but would be easily remedied. Canโt beat the location, about a $30 ride share fee to downtown King Street and even closer to Sullivans Island- youโre really right in the middle of it all!!
