Being walking distance and just a short stroll to the main street of Airlie Beach you could leave your car in the garage for your entire stay. You will love the uninterrupted views of the Coral Sea and Whitsunday Islands beyond especially from your sparkling private pool.

Sleeping up to 8 guests, this spacious three storey home is perfect for families or small groups looking to escape to the Whitsundays for ultimate tranquillity. With 3 living spaces on every level there is plenty of room to spread out or come together to socialise.

The Space

This fully refurbished property makes a big statement with its brilliant exterior set against the bright blue Coral Sea glistening at it's front door. Enter through the double iron gated doors that take you straight into the top floor of this amazing property.

First floor consists of a large office/family room and 2 double bedrooms with spectacular water views from both bedrooms. This level also has a bathroom with twin sinks.

Second Floor - As soon as you make your way down the timber staircase this is where you get to see the stand-out feature of this property, Its Views!! This light-filled and clean white space emanates beach-style living which is just what you want to help you shut off from the world and have a relaxing stay. Towards the left of the dining area is the third bedroom with 2 single beds this bedroom also has access on to the large wrap-a-round balcony. The well-equipped kitchen features an oven/cooktop, dishwasher, coffee machine and plenty of storage and bench space. Just perfect for large family meals. The lounge area seamlessly integrates with the dining area and all the furniture is designed with comfort in mind. Large glass doorways lead out onto a massive balcony with stunning views over Airlie Beach and the Whitsunday Islands beyond. This is a fantastic area to enjoy a BBQ with alfresco dining and drinks with great company. This level also has a second bathroom and a fully equipped laundry.

Third floor consist of a self contained unit that includes 1 double bedroom with a queen bed, lounge room with smart TV, kitchenette, bathroom and not forgetting large sparkling swimming pool.

Close to town if walking or take advantage of ample courtesy / shuttle bus options. Beware if you are sleep sensitive to traffic noise. Bedrooms all overlook main entry road to Airlie.Otherwise outstanding venue , very well set up and outfitted , even a table tennis table. Service manager was very responsive and timely

    Great house, awesome views and a short walk to everything Airlie Beach has to offer.Service from Michelle at the rental place was amazing even on the Easter public holidays.Only catch is the noisy/busy road at the front of the property.

    Would thoroughly recommend to stay , we were a family of 3couples & 2 grand children aged 3years & a 7month .there are alot of stairs so if not good with them it wouldn’t suit . But otherwise great location & was perfect for us

    Spectacular view but we were unaware it was above the main road so traffic noise and pub noise very audible. If we had known construction was going on next door we would not have booked (especially as we have the same issue at home and we’re looking forward to sleeping in !) The beds are by far the most uncomfortable we have ever slept on / given the money paid for the rental you would at least expect a comfortable bed.

    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We feel the property is a lot more dated than it is displayed in the photos and does not represent the current conditions of the property. Carpet and rugs were quite dirty and the vacuum performed poorly. There were heaps of ants and bugs. Kitchen was not spotlessly cleaned. There were also no cleaning products for guests (cloths, sprays etc) thankfully we had tours booked and did not spend a lot of time at the property so it wasn’t a massive issue but it definitely needs a refresh.

    The property is very well situated - a short 5 minute walk and you are in the middle of town - shops, cafes, pubs etc. Great for those who don't like to walk too far! The house is well set up, would recommend bedrooms at top or bottom (pool) level. Bedroom on middle floor is shared with kitchen, living space. The views are amazing and we loved the breeze on the balcony. Beware the road noise - literally sitting on top of the main and only road access - trucks coming down the hill with engine brakes squealing at 5 am was not ideal. We had a minor issue with one of the beds and the property manager was very quick to respond. A big plus was having access to twin carports. We would definitely come back.
