49 Dune Lane - Sweet Carolina, 8 Bedroom Oceanfront

The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The back door onto the deck is a bit of a challenge to open, but the property management group came and helped us and let us know a new one was on order so hopefully that isn’t an issue in the future. The location and pool/deck setup is absolutely incredible. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to book again!

Very lovely home. We were so glad to have the elevator. Kitchen was nice to work in. Could use a few more knives and cooking utensils, but nothing to deter us from cooking fabulous meals. We used the grill quite a bit too. The main door to the deck was in need of repair as it was very hard to open and close. Pool was nice and warm, super clean and so fun. We played corn hole poolside most days. Sadly the storm last week took out a lot of the sand berm so it was very hard to get to the beach. At the end of the beach access path there was a 3 foot drop. The public access just 3 doors down was much more manageable.Beautiful bedrooms and each with its own bathroom! Huge bonus there! Nice to have a bathroom at the pool level too. Overall, a great house for friends and family

Absolutely amazing property! Location, layout, and furnishings were all exceptional. The host was friendly and responsive. We were making a recipe which required a rolling pin. After calling to inquire, they delivered a brand new one within a couple hours! The only downside was the main sliding door to the back deck was not working properly and was difficult to open and close. They sent a maintenance person, but the issue was not an easy fix. Hopefully the repair is done over the off season. We would definitely stay there again!!!

Awesome house for sure. But, the sliding door from the main room to the deck needs replaced and the lower level grill needs fixed tooThe sliding door has been damaged for a while and the “bandaid” fix on the track just didn’t work. The maintenance guy just didn’t want to touch it as he was waiting for someone from the manufacturer. Shame, it would have easily been a 10/10Still perfect design, so many great spots to sit

Looks are not deceiving and what a great home to host a family/extended family vacation.Would've rated Excellent, but there were a few issues that were not addressed: Fire Pit was inoperable and we had planned an evening of smores around the pit. Yes there was a fire place but its hard to squeeze more than 2-3 folks in front of a fire place.Remote control for the main TV did'nt work.Reached out and the gentleman came to service the remote, stated the toggle was broken and you had to use voice command. This did not work well with an 88 year old individual with a touch of dimentia and often was up in the middle of the night to watch tv. Very frustrating for the 88 year old and for his daughter that had to assist him in the night and throughout the day due to this issue.The Grill on the 1st floor did not work, and while not a hinderance was not diclosed at the time of renting or any other time prior to arrival.It was nice to have accoutrements throughout the house and the excessive amount of beach towels available.The mattresses are very soft and many people had backaches through out the week.Mentioned the issues above to property manager we were told that these things would be considered if we booked again, kind of makes you feel like your on the hook.What happened to wanting you to feel good about every experience that took place.Unfortunate they chose to handle it this way. When you spend this kind of you're not looking to get anything free, just what you paid for.

Absolutely fabulous property. Beautiful home with spacious indoor and outdoor spaces. Large pool, spectacular decks and great beach access. Only negative is the kitchen supplies - limited pots, skillets and baking sheets if cooking for a large group.

Everything you've read is true. This is a wonderful property. We were a family of 21 counting the baby and room for all. Especially outside there are many areas to pull away and sit. If the weather was bad there is a large living room and small upstairs lounge with tv. There are two walk in closets that are large enough for a pack and play which was importantly to us. We paid extra to have the pool heated which was necessary in April. Great house and we'd love to return!

The house was amazing - perfect for our group size with plenty of space for all. We did have a Couple maintenance issues which were resolved in a very timely manner.-thank you—kitchen was awesome to use- Beach access wasn’t the easiest due to the large step down, but I feel that was from the recent storm And affected many of the beach front homes.

Sweet Carolina was a spacious place and perfect for our daughter’s 30th birthday to spend a few days with family and friends. The house had a large kitchen and plenty of space for everyone. Loved that all the bedrooms had en-suite bathrooms. The house could use a little TLC, it does show signs of wear from rentals and the salt air. Rental company was easy to work with and was very prompt in their response time.

Great property and location. Everything you could hope for in a rental. If I bought the house tomorrow the only thing I'd add would be an are that had multiple TV's to watch multiple games at once. Will definitely go back if heading to Hilton Head.
