The primary bedroom also has a 65 TV and is has access the fenced back yard that also includes a laundry room with full size washer/dryer.

    Lovely, two story condo. Smooth rental process with a very responsive rental company. No rule overload and no major cleaning required at check out. So nice!Back yard is pretty much unusable. Have to carry beach chairs and carts through the primary bedroom and through a narrow hallway to access it for beach storage. Has a nice back gate with easy throughway to the beach but back neighbor refuses to allow anyone to use it. Nicely furnished and in a quiet area. Does need some minor maintenance and repair. Normal wear and tear is noticeable, bathroom cabinets are cracked away from the walls, no towel racks in either bathroom, rusty washer and dryer, moldy caulking in the primary bathroom is icky. Outside areas show typical effects from the salt air. Kitchen mostly stocked with what you need. We bought a blender and left it as well as hangers for the closets. One street from the beach and ideally located to everything PCB has to offer. One restaurant and an ice cream shop within walking distance. Perfect place to stay if you have other family members staying n their RV as the PCB RV Resort is across the road. We would rent here again.

    We absolutely loved staying here. We were just a few minutes walk to the beach. We loved that we could walk to Patches and Schooners to eat. The condo was updated, clean and spacious. We will definitely be staying her again.

    Property was clean and as described in the listing, the Location was perfect for my wife and I with the Beach a 2 minute walk away. Several restaurants were within walking distance with Patches becoming one of our new favorites in PCB. Entrance to St Andrews was a huge bonus for us as we really enjoy the park. Less than a mile away. Would 100% stay with Kelli again, our vacation was everything we hoped for. Thanks again Kelli and we hope to see you again next year

    Great location. Really nice condo. Will definitely be back. Quick walk to great food and beach. A few things could make it better. A hairdryer, shower curtain liner for master bath, potholders, kitchen knives for cooking, corkscrew, sponge to wash dishes and kitchen towels.
