The house was amazing and easy walk to the lake.

The property was perfect for our family of 18, including grandparents and adult kids, as well as grandkids, ranging in ages from 2-11years. (The kids loved the bunk bed room!) The yard is fenced in and filled with opportunities for fun: two fire pits and a nice hot tub for the whole family in the evening, along with swings, a flying fox, enough shady grass for water balloon games, a big back porch and more! The house is beautiful, clean and well stocked. The appliances are better than the ones we have at home! A very nice Texoma Lake beach spot is just down the street, with a smaller but closer one a short distance. The one just behind the house is a bit “natural” but the others are worth the nice walks.

Excellent in every way - house, furnishings, outdoors, amenities, host all were outstanding. Plenty of beds & private rooms for our family reunion ranging in age from 15 - 83. Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking for a crowd. My family is already asking when we can go back.

We loved and enjoyed our stay. House had everything we needed and more. Beautiful home with plenty of space. Great location. Ideal for large families or friends. Can’t wait to go back!

Very nice and spacious lake house with plenty of bedrooms and spacious gameroom for kids. Nice backyard as well with hottub.

The house is beautiful and ideal for a large group. We had 12 adults and 12 children for a family weekend celebrating a birthday. The bunk room slept all 12 children easily, and the other bedrooms were all very comfortable. The backyard was perfect for sitting around the fire pit while the kids played on the zip line and swings. It’s an easy walk to the lake too! We loved it!

Our family of 19... Grandpa and Grandma, our 3 adult daughters and spouses and grand kids ages 7 months to 20 years, shared this home for 4 wonderful days. Of all the rentals we have stayed in, this was the absolute best! The home was so well planned and it had everything we could possibly want. The kitchen was very well equipped and the game room was a great spot for the kids and teens to hang out. The fenced, shaded backyard was wonderful and the patio terrific, even in the heat of the summer. The yard had swings, obstacle course and zip line that kept the kids occupied until they dropped into bed at night. We enjoyed they yard games, and fire pit with chairs around it...be sure to bring skewers if you want to make S'mores. The rental hosts were great to work with and communication with them was great. We will be back to this great place. (We do have a mobility challenged family member on a walker, so the front walk and porch was a little difficult to navigate. However, once in the house, it was easy to get around. We took a shower chair with us for easier showering. There are no handrails in the showers.)

We booked this beautiful home for our family weekend trip, there were 20 of us and the home accommodated all of from ages 9 months to 53! It was beautiful and stocked with everything we needed. The hosts were easy to contact and checked in with us all weekend to make sure we were satisfied and did not need their assistance. The kitchen was perfect, the bedrooms easily slept all of us without having to use a couch. The game room kept everyone occupied and happy. The backyard was great for our family as it had games for adults from horseshoes to cornhole. The kids loved the zip line, swings and obstacle course as well! The hot tub was great after a long day, and the fenced yard gave us peace of mine with all our littles, the 3 minute walk to the beach was a bonus as well! 10 out of 10 recommend this host and their property!

This property was perfect for a family get-together. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and comfortable. The game room was perfect for keeping the kids entertained and the dining area and kitchen were perfect for making large meals and feeding a large group.
